As mentioned in another review, The Bach Flower Essences are excellent. But this flower essence is excellent too. I cannot vouch for all the flower essences made by other companies. But the company that makes this essence, FES, is definitely reputable. I have used this flower essence on and off as needed for many years. It is an excellent product. It once helped me to distance myself from a bad relationship. Highly recommended.

After Dr. Bach and his 38 flower essences, a bunch of other people came in and made a lot more essences. Dr. Bach said his system was complete and new essences are not necessary. You don't need to Google for too long to find out hundreds of more essences with hundreds of indications. Is it for the money? Is it for real?I am sure it depends on whom you ask the questions. My answer, after owning a lot more than 38 essences: if you want your life simple, stay with Dr. Bach only. If you have money to spend, go right ahead and experiment with the wealth of flower essences out there.How about Bleeding Heart, after all?I think it helped somewhat.
