Yes, the hands come off the doll. So you won't have trouble removing the outfit.

Q: How fast will this ship? it says it will ship any time between december and may, but i need it for christmas!

I bought it in October so it shipped quickly. I don"t know how fast now. They tell you when you purchase it

They are a part of a set that is a Walmart exclusive
