Very tasty green tea
Very tasty green tea. The best green tea I've tried. It has a nice, strong taste. It is not dusty like some loose teas.

Frontier is 1 of the best
Frontier is the way to go. I also order from other well known companies but when I'm in a pinch & need Frontier asap. Amazon is my go to. They always deliver quickly and always fresh. Prices aren't bad either. So it's a win all the way around. I use the herbs for teas, tinctures, salves, etc. The aroma is always on point.

I liked it. It was my first time using loose leaf tea. Had been using tea bags. I enjoy this one more!

Bitter | Overwhelming Jasmine Flavor
As a tea addict, I find that there is always a risk associated with buying mixes or pre-flavored teas in terms of taste and aroma, specially of the ones that you haven't tasted before. Any number of tea companies have endless mixes from ingredients that are poorly paired and do not sit well together. It is always best to choose a quality original base tea (green tea, black tea, russian siberian tea, etc) and flavor it yourself with your favorite taste and aroma enhancements - be it seeds, dried roots, flower, herbs, leaves or spices. This turned out to be the case with this mix.I find this jasmine flavored green tea on the bitter end taste wise. The green tea presence is minimally detectable. You do get a jasmine like flavor as advertised, but I find it to be overwhelmingly strong and somewhat bitter with a lingering after taste on my tongue. Overall it has an empty taste profile as if it lacks something. There is also minimal to no aroma. If you are expecting jasmine aroma to fill the room or area above the tea cup, you will be in for a disappointment. So, I am flavoring this tea myself by mixing it into my other tea bases and flavoring to improve its taste to my taste so that the 1 LBS bag will not go to waste.I don't own a tea company, but if I was in the business of tea marketing, I would always make a paid sample pack available - priced only as high as covering the sample pack costs so as to encourage buyers to try a variant first to see if they like it. Tea lovers who may or may not appreciate or have a prior experience with hundreds of thoughtlessly put together flavored tea on offer will not be forced to buy large quantities experimentally that they end up not liking and as such will leave your brand.May be there is a fabulous flavored mix or an original base tea flavor somewhere, but a customer will never discover it because of a poor marketing. They can't be asked to buy large quantities of everything on offer to find out what is their favorite. It may also result in wasting the tea that earth has paid a price for to produce and end up being discarded by the buyer. You want them to discover your tea mixes and stick with select favorites over the long term as returning customers. It is such a no brainer strategy to attract and retain long-term tea lovers and almost no company I know gets it.

No doubt medicinal, slightly different
Here is the skinny on this brand. Speaking for Gunpowder strain. Gunpowder pick is all I know and live by in the Green Tea world, although I have tried many different brands and harvest types. This is 100% a solid medicinal Gunpowder Green Tea. Bold, smoky, settling, and savory. However, compared to Numi, which I have bought in the past for a couple of years, there is a slightly different taste to it. I feel like Co-Op Gunpowder is not as bright/vivid and the leaves may actually be picked from a later phase, since Gunpowder is differentiated by the early timing of picking vs the later timing of picking of the leaf. Co-op has the medicinal compounds, but I believe Numi Gunpowder is one notch above. Which makes sense price-wise. Additionally, Co-Op does the trick for relaxation and soothing of the mind as you transition into the evening. The caffeine content is still high like Gunpowder is supposed to be! My go to for the price. Lastly, I wish they have a test on pesticide residue on Co-Op, but since it's new I can't find anything on it. I can tentatively rest assured it is quality because it does have the right stamps of approval on the package like Numi and the others. Fingers crossed.
