Great quality and surprisingly effective
I use rollers regularly, both before and after gym/running, but I'd not used a vibrating roller before. The effect of the vibration is surprisingly good, especially on my quads and hamstrings. With the vibration off it's still a really good roller.The product, packaging, exercise DVD and poster are great quality as I've shown in the attached picture. I know how to use rollers so don't really need the instruction poster and DVD, but I've had a watch and I think it would be very useful for beginners as the technique looks spot on.

Excellent relief for DOMS/sore muscles
I’ve started using kettlebells at home and outdoor running due to the lockdown and closure of gyms which has resulted in sore and tight muscles the next day (DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). I’ve used a Pulseroller before which are really expensive to buy (most gyms have these) so decided to try the Viber foam roller as a cheaper alternative.There are four vibration settings and the deep tissue massage effect is so satisfying and relieves the tension the muscles. I’ve used the highest setting on my back, thighs and legs and I feel like I can move again! It’s really user friendly and easy to recharge. I’ve had a couple foam roller sessions and the battery is still lasting well and the carry pouch is a nice addition. In the box is also a great guide showing you the different positions on how to use the roller.If you have only ever used a regular foam roller and/or suffer from DOMS, I cannot recommend highly enough to buy this and try it out. The vibrations make a huge difference! An excellent piece of kit. Thank you!

No as good as I hoped but does the job
Have to use it on settings 3/4 to get good vibration but I am a 17 stone bloke . My wife finds it OK too and can use all settings , battery life enough for 2 good sessions
