I have had good results with the Epson ET-8550. So far I've used about 400 pages printing at the max quality settings. Now whether it is the ink or the ink in conjunction with the paper, but the prints once dry don't immediately run when splashed with water. Now I'll spray UV clear on most prints but I've been pleased with that aspect. Decent weight, good surface. The only kicker is that earlier orders arrived in boxes and those were well protected. My last order was in a just the poly bag, no box. If Koala cost cut the box, that's disappointing because many pages had their corners damaged despite delicate handle during shipping. (Har har) If you find you a corner that has been affected in shipping, what I do is feed the good end first and minimize the risk of an uneven corner causing jams. BT recommended

This is good photo paper and it the color is a good white. Some paper is more dull and this is way better. Going to order more of this brand more often.

Ive bought at least 50 of these so far. I use about 20-30 sheets a day in my business. Before the last package it was amazing great quality for a great price. The last 2 packs I can tell they are using thinner paper and it makes me sad. It means I now need to find another company as my business excels because people know I produce a high quality product. Id rather pay a bit more and keep the quality than to loose quality for a few dollars. If you are just making photos for yourself it is perfectly good. Clear colors good print but for any kind of business recently I would say you should pass on this product.

I use both the 11x17 and 8.5x11 Koala Glossy Inkjet papers as cover stock for Night Phoenix Press mini comics and zines, most often as Kickstarter add-ons or promo items. For that role, they deliver. This paper is also great for comic covers because it can fold down the middle without splitting the gloss coating too much if at all. The 8.5x11.5 works just as well for minis, one-shot zines or inserts. Between the two sizes, I can cover nearly every indie project format I need. They have just enough weight to feel like a true cover while still running smoothly through an inkjet printer. These books are often handled by backers or used as handouts, so durability matters. The stock holds up, though glossy paper can pick up fingerprints or light scuffs if stacked loosely. Bagging finished copies or boxing them quickly solves that. I ordered this photo paper in order to print out my entire catalogue of patterns that I sell. They came tonight and I immediately went to try them out. My photo printed out so well that I immediately bought 2 more packages as I have decided to re-do all of my previous pattern images as well! The paper is nice and thick and has a lovely glossy shine to it. The images printed out beautifully and crisp compared to some Matte photo paper I had from another company. I am thrilled with how well they look and showcase the colors of my products so well. I used the same printer as with my matte prints and the difference is incredible! My printer is an HP Ecotank 2750 and I used the glossy photo paper setting. I would definitely recommend this photo paper to anyone with an inkjet printer who likes to print their own photos.

The colours are good and the images look great. However the pictures with a lot of black on them smudged on my fingers. Therefore some of the picture pockets have black ink on them. The other colours smudged as well but not as bad. Also some of the pictures ended up with scratches on them. My ink number was not on the list of inks not to use. I will try printing again tomorrow, maybe a different setting will work better. I use a lot of Koala paper products for my journals and scrapbooks, so it was a bit disappointing for this to happen. Update I found out that using my phone instead of my laptop to send the images to the printer worked. The images are clear and the correct colours. Also they do not smudge at all. Koala is after all is a good product.
