Don't pay attention to all the negative reviews . Most of them complain about negative spraying abilities, you can't shake it and you can't tilt the can be on 45°. The only ingredients are EVOO and oxygen. I bought this numerous times and never had a problem cheaper in most grocery stores.

Great way to use olive oil but not too much. Sprays nicely in a light coating but doesn't clog or splatter. Good purchase. Very effective and clean taste.

This is my favorite olive oil spray and I have been using it for many years. Recently however the sprayer has broken on three of my cans, just cracked and snapped off two and one just clogged and wouldnt work. Contacted manufacturer and they sent me A coupon but if it continues I will need to change because these are more expensive than the others out there. I don't mind when they work paybng more but if they are going to break then have to move on.

Bought this to replace the cooking sprays that my mother insists still using even though they are terminally unhealthy. I knew it would work, but good lord I didn't realize how well. She sprayed this on the ceramic pan I bought her and she was floored. Made 3 pancakes and not a single bit stuck to the pan, a pan that ruined the last set of pancakes we made on it using "pam". It made a believer out of her and now she wants more. Finally got her cooking with EVOO now instead of chems. LOVE IT!

The spray has very easy use, and it sprays pretty evenly. You can hold down on it and spray or you could just do a real fast spray just to make sure you’re pulling in less fat and less calories. I’ve discovered my love for oil sprays, and the fact that I realized you don’t have to use a lot of oil to sauté stuff. The whole recipe is about measuring oils are behind me because just a little bit of oil sprayed in the van goes a long way no more measuring out what they ingredient say of a tablespoon and then I have probably more fat than you really need. So yes, it’s healthy fat but the benefits of just having less fat in your diet. In the fact that you do put in your diet is healthy is really great.
