But then... enter GrowSafe, stage left. I don't know what kind of plant sorcery this is, but it WORKS. I started using it just like the bottle said (don't get cocky—follow the directions), and after a few weeks of regular treatments, the mites were GONE. Not hiding. Not plotting their comeback. Just gone. And unlike other products, this one doesn’t leave your plants looking like they’ve been through a bad breakup. No weird residue, no damage...just clean, happy, photosynthesizing babies. So yeah. If you're a houseplant goblin like me and feel personally attacked by tiny pests with big destruction energy, get yourself some GrowSafe. You won’t regret it. Your plants will love you. I don't know why nobody has ever recommended this stuff to me before but I am finally rid of them darn spider mites! And those pesky aphids!! Finally!!!!!!!! I have been battling spider mites in my house plants for a long while now and I have tried everything, every hack I've seen online, every insecticidal soap I could find, Castle soap, rubbing alcohol, Neem, Diatomaceous Earth, you name it and I have tried it! They always come right back. And the aphids in my garden destroying my cucumbers and melons, I have tried all the things on those little boogers also, Sevin, Neem, Diatomaceous Earth, Jacks dead bug Brew, etc. And they come right back or don't go away to begin with. I will be a lifetime purchaser of this grow safe bio pesticide, I wish I would have found it sooner because I've spent a small fortune trying to rid both of these tiny terrorists. Thank you Garden Safe!! I was on the verge of being driven mad by treating these mites and was devastated to think I'd have to throw my plants out or needing to wash every single leaf. I'm so happy and absolutely recommend this stuff for Spider mites and aphids, Google said it will get mealie bugs also! I can't believe nobody in my houseplant group has recommended this stuff but I will be sharing my new wisdom with them! I'm so grateful to have found this stuff. Also it states it's safe around pets which is another great bonus. You won't regret this purchase. It's a tad pricey but worth it, I could have saved money had I found this first.

Pros: -100% effective on the early-detected spider mite and thrip outbreaks I’ve had. (I can’t speak to severe infestations.) -Non-toxic and food safe, so I feel completely comfortable using it and getting it on my hands and whatnot -No smell! -Clear treatment instructions, easy to mix and apply Cons: -Sticky residue is not great. After several applications it starts to build up quite a bit and is difficult to wipe off. -This is my first summer with outdoor plants in the Texas heat, so I can’t say to what extent the product is causing leaf browning vs. the heat, but according to the instructions it can be phytotoxic to plants in high heat. I always apply at night when temp drops into the 80’s, but I think it’s may have still caused some damage. Still, it’s much better than a full-on infestation, or using stinky neem oil!!! Overall I recommend this product and would buy again.
