Its decent!
I read the reviews AFTER I bought this. I considered cancelling, but decided to try it anyway. SUPER glad I did. While I do not give specific items 5 stars, I give the product itself 5 stars because it exceeded expectations- it is what it is- a $50 outhouse for a cat. It is not made of the best materials, the instructions leave a bit to be desired, but I took that into consideration when buying and after seeing the reviews. It was easy enough to put together alone with a glass (or 3) of wine. An electric drill should be used. Attaching the bottom "trim" was difficult because there are no predrilled holes to attach and the provided screws were too short. I would suggest having wood glue for the dowels and a few extra screws just in case. I did not have any issues with my litter box fitting inside but did see where there was some "kick up" in the box, thus the box top under the litter box. All in all, its more than adequate. It's cute and the cat uses it. Thats all I was looking for.

Bunny approved
I bought this for my free roam bunny, because I got sick of looking at his litter box and having hay all over the place. I honestly don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. It was as easy to assemble as any furniture, and I actually found it to be very nice quality, especially for the price. You really can’t tell that it’s particle board unlike some other furniture that I have. It went together just fine, I assembled it myself in under an hour. It’s the perfect size for my rabbit’s litter box because I actually paid attention to the dimensions. If you are interested, the litter box is the smaller one from Target. My bunny didn’t want to go in it at first so I just left the door open for a bit and he eventually realized it wasn’t going to eat him alive. Once he shows consistency with using it, I’ll move it to the location where I actually want it. Right now it’s in the hidden corner where his litter box has been for a while, but the whole reason I bought this is so that I don’t have to hide it away in the corner anymore. I am really looking forward to that! The piece is perfectly sturdy and has little rubber feet to protect the floor. The door swings open easily but is held securely by the magnet. I didn’t add the knob because I want to get one that matches my decor better. Overall this is an excellent purchase, and I got it on sale for much cheaper than similar items.

Great house for rabbit litter
I'm really happy with this purchase. I wanted to find a better home for my rabbits litter box because his hay and poops would also fall out of his wire cage and make such a mess every day. Assembly took about 5 to 10 min and was pretty easy. Quality is on par with IKEA furniture which honestly for 60 bucks shouldn't expect more for that and it looks cute. My rabbit has no issues going in and out of the doggie door and his litterbox and hay fit great. (He uses a small dish pan as his litter so not as big as a conventional cat box). My only complaint is that the magnet that holds the door closed isnt very strong and is easily opened as he comes and goes, so I'm going to add a simple hook lock to the door to keep it closed.(He is never locked in the house as he's a fully free roaming house rabbit, just want to keep his poops contained!)

Looks sleek -- a little bit tricky to put together
I've been shopping for a cat litter enclosure for months now. This one was one of the most reasonably priced I could find, and it looks exactly like the picture. It took me about 45 minutes to put together, but I'm not very good at this sort of thing. Someone with better spatial skills could probably do it in 20 minutes. It will feel very wobbly and unsturdy until you put in the anchor screws (part G) at the end. Make sure to put in the door before you attach the top (part 6). Otherwise you will have to remove one of the hinge pieces from the door to get it on, and then re-attach. It doesn't have a strong odor out of the box like some furniture. It fits your average litter box, and it weighs less than 20 pounds, so it is easily moved. I would like a bigger one for my jumbo litter box for my bigger cat, so if they make one, I'll buy it. I would highly recommend.

Gets the job done, slightly overpriced
First it came damaged, all 4 sides had damage on the top right side like the package had been dropped during transition. Tried reaching out to the company to no avail but it wasn’t the biggest deal as it’s not super noticeable. Very easy to put together but it’s not very durable. The front door pops off and if you even try and lift the box by the top it will completely fall apart. Overall it looks good and does it’s job but the quality is not what I expected.

Save your money! It will end up costing you more then what you paid for
Where do I begin. I hate leaving bad reviews It’s not easy to assemble and event when putting the screw especially for the item the paint starts to chip off or fall apart. It was difficult to assemble it kept falling apart but I was finally able to get it done. Here’s the worst part! The liter box they advertise that is the best one for the box doesn’t fit. I had to buy a smaller regular liter box. My cat urinates high and there was puddles of urine all over the cabinet bottom, the hardwood floors and the bottom of my curtains. It was the worst experience of my entire life!! I tried cleaning it with bleach and anything you name it. I used cat liner on the inside and training pads. I returned it and asked for a replacement because after all it was damaged! Even before my cat used it. I spray painted the damaged spots. When I took it apart it practically fell into pieces!!! It was so bad. I received my new one yesterday but I purchased reusable high liners that are scratch resistant and easy to clean. Along with the training pads! But is this all really worth it? I didn’t have an issue with a liter box ever and I’ve had a cat for 14 years. Do your research before purchasing!

This is the perfect way to keep things clean while looking nice. The instructions were a little hard to understand at first but went together with no issues.

Although pieces all seemed packaged ok, almost every piece was chipped, nicked or scratched, including the front where the paint is almost bubbled. The size is ok and will serve it's purpose for the cats' litter, but I was disappointed at the quality of the product having arrived damaged.

I didn’t like how the door doesn’t stay closed but I love how it looks. My cats are used to their private potty hideout!
