Great Scope fantastic service!
Love this little scope! And the customer service is above and beyond. At this price point you don't have high expectations. But this little scope works great. I have it mounted to a .300 BLK The optics are clear and crisp even out to around 200 yards. I used my .300 BLK to take a white tail this year, nice 8 point at about 100 yards. The laser is bright but I have to be honest I don't use the laser, the backlighted reticle is clear. The scope has been mounted since 2023 and I haven't had issues with losing zero even after falling in a snow drift and landing on the rifle, and my ass. Sometime during my fall I lost the battery cover. I sent a note to support on the website and asked if I could buy a new cover. I got a response right away and they said they would try to find a replacement in their warehouse. A couple days later the cover arrived in the mail. They didn't charge me for the cover or shipping. I would have happily paid. I highly recommend this scope and CVLIFE in general. They have a solid product at a reasonable price, and FANTASTIC customer service.

Great buy. Not quite 10x
According to my 10x32 Leupold binoculars this scope is not 10x. I think it's more like 2.5 - 6. I would normally deduct 1 start for this but it costs under $50 so I forgive it. I won't need any more than 6x on my 9mm PDW. I replaced a really good 4 yrCVLife RDS with this because I wanted hold over markings in my reticle. Awesome scope and red laser. I spent another $25 on a pair of Butler Creek flip up covers so cudos to the scopes that include useable covers - I don't consider the included bikini covers usable. Now you know the bad. The good: It holds zero, clear glass, 40mm gathers light, great illumination, good laser, two-screw sturdy mount. It has a 100-500 range elevation adjustment knob that I won't use, so I no opinion on that.

Money Well Spent
Put this on a AR. Install was a no-brainer. The fit on the rail was perfect with the tightening knobs were able to seat and tighten the scope all you need with just your hands. I have about 200 rounds with this scope and here’s what I’ve found. First it’s NOT 2.5 X 10. More like a 1 X 6 as best as I can tell. This is plenty for what I’m using it for but just wanted to get that out there. Next, the control knob for the reticle illumination is really tight. This may work loose over time but it’s difficult to turn. I’ve read from others that the reticle illumination sucks because it lights up the interior of the scope’s tube. This is true, it does however if you’re using correct eye relief it’s not an issue because you don’t see the inside of the tube anyway. Still, they could’ve done better. Now onto the good parts. It holds its zero spot on. At least this far for me. The illumination has enough settings to be effective in all light levels that you would need it for. The laser switch is not located so it’s easy to use with a AR platform but the green laser seems to be especially effective, even in daylight out to about 25 yards or so. I would not buy the red laser. It’s useless in the daylight at any distance. In the dark they are both effective. I can’t speak to how durable it is. I suspect it’s OK on that front but not “ Military” grade. The glass is fine. No complaints there. The scope has a sun visor on the front. Not a fan of that. Would prefer a standard straight cut on the tube. For the money you spend it’s as good as you’ll find and is on par with some of the more expensive scopes. I would consider it again should I need another scope of its type.

Good not great
I love the scope. Easy to zoro . Laser as well My only complaint is the lighted cross hairs. Both batteries dead in less than a week in the of position. Please reply if you have the same issue. All in all Good scope.

Good scope for price point
Got this to try out on a 7.62x39 AR upper (16"). I was not expecting much, honestly, but wanted to see how well the upper worked and planned to use this as a testing platform, since it was the right configuration (excepting the laser on the side) and right price. Mounted and zeroed, I was surprised by the clarity of the scope and the quality of the build. It is not as good as the SIG tactical my brother has, nor as my Bushnell and Leupold offerings, but it is also a fraction of the cost of those, more compact, and perfectly suited to my needs for this project. After five rounds of zeroing, I was busting soda cans at 60y every time as long as I didn't rush things. A couple of things about this scope that I feel I have to mention: First, the laser. Couldn't pick it up cleanly at 60y in daylight. It is red, not very strong and is so far off axis, it is only going to be a close-range deal. Some would say that is what it is there for, but with a rifle, it is already point-and-shoot inside 20 yards anyway, and that laser is just going to get in your way. That is my opinion of it anyway - other may have different. Second is that the turrets do not have very good tactile, audible or visual feedback when turning. The windage just BARELY clicked when turning it and I had to struggle to feel any type of tactile indicator for clicks, while the elevation was a bit louder with clicks, but didn't seem to have any feel of the clicks. Neither turret had any useful indicator marks for come-up or come-down to indicate how much spin was on the barrels. That being said, I did not expect much at this price point and this scope impressed me. I shot 80 rounds through it the first day, at ranges from 20y to 150y. The scope remained steady, consistent and proficient within those ranges and round-count. I inspected the scope mount after I finished shooting, and the mount was still tight and torqued to spec (I use blue loc-tite when mounting my optics to avoid them vibrating loose or being loosened due to other field events). Would I buy this again? Absolutely. In fact, considering this for my .300 BLK upper to free up the Bushnell on it for use on my next rifle.

I would look elsewhere if I were you...
First of all... I am no sharp shooter or pretend sniper. I am simply a 50+ year old man that has been shooting/hunting all my life and am relatively familiar with rifles and scopes. I have been having a problem with varmints and birds on my property so put this on my GAMO Magnum Swarm Pro Gen 3i air rifle to see about getting a better optic than what came with the rifle. I cannot tell you HOW disappointed I am in the mounting of this thing. THREE TIMES it has jumped off the rifle and bounced off the ground. So... as far as being able to tell you how good the optics are, or how good it's MOA is, or how well the adjustments are at getting the reticle zeroed... I have NO IDEA. At first, I replaced the Gamo scope with this and tightened it down with the turret caps on the rail mount clamp. They are knurled on the outer edge so I cranked real hard as tight as I could hand tight (I am a career first responder and not weak by any means) and I planned on running 10 rounds through it just to see how it was right out of the box. I figured I would leave it hand tight as 10 rounds from an air rifle wouldn't loosen things up would it? Uh... apparently 7 rounds does. On the 8th shot the scope popped up and back like it was a shell casing being ejected from the rifle, then tumbled to the ground below (dropped about 3.5 feet from my table). Second time, I added a little more torque using a set of channel locks with a piece of leather in between the turret cap and the locks to prevent damage from the jaws and snugged it up about 1/2 a turn past my hand tightened capabilities. Again... I just want to get a few rounds through this so I can see how it will perform. 30-ish rounds later and POP GOES THE WEASEL... again! :-( This time the front shroud to a hit and bent in, fortunately not into the sight area, and one of the adjustment turrets got nicked as well. Third time... at this point said forget this - I can't return it now since its damaged, so I cranked it down a full turn and then some with vice grips knowing that it wasn't going to move now. WRONG... 27 shots later POP... and the stupid scope goes tumbling to the ground below, again putting some gouges in the laser adjustment turret and the rear optic housing. So... how the scope does I can't say for sure. It seemed to start sighting in very nicely but then it would pop off the rifle. At this point, I am so disappointed with the quality of the mount I cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone else purchasing this scope, and if all CV Life scopes are this bad I can't recommend them at all. I am VERY disappointed in this scope. I will be reaching out to CV Life to let them know about my experience and then I will update here if I hear anything from them. Good Luck if you decide to try out this scope... but buyer beware.
