11.5 x 4.5 x 11 = 11.5 must be max length (side to side); 4.5 may be max depth total, but don't think H reaches 11, referring to one I bought.upper pocket is L 8" x H 4 1/2 and not a lot of depth (meaning space between back & front).middle pocket L 8+" x H 4.5" and several inches of depth.lower pocket L 6" x H 3" x not much depth
