Where is this Inulin sourced? I know that products from China are not recommend.

It comes from Mexican Blue Agaves from the state of Jalisco. The world's capital of Blue Agave from which other products are made.

Is that product original?

I'm sorry, I've been out of the country and I have not tried this product yet. However my allergist highly recommends it. He says it's a great prebiotic.
