diaper change lifesavers
our diaper change pad is covered with a sheet cover, then a quilted fabric change pad protector, then this dental paper on top. why so many layers? so we don't have to do laundry a bunch of times a week. this dental paper has protected both those layers of fabric so many times from blowouts and surprise pees, i dont know what we would do without them. they are also amazing for diaper changes on-the-go. i just put one of these on the portable diaper change pad and just throw it away when i'm done changing my baby's diaper. the best part is that i bought a box of these when baby was born and she is now 4 months old, but we are not even halfway through the box! they last forever! at this rate, i seriously think the box will last us till her one year birthday. the only thing i would say is that she's been starting to kick and move a lot so she's been shredding the paper up with her legs when she's in an active mood, but at least for now, it is still a great product for our needs.

Excellent for diaper changes
My little one pees during most diaper changes and his poo diapers are quite messy as well. I was cleaning up and washing the changing pad covers and stuff around the table daily. These make it so I don't have to do laundry and clean up the table near as much. I put them on top of the pad and just throw them away when dirty or soiled. They're inexpensive enough to do so. They're basically a paper top with a very thin clear layer on bottom that's waterproof. They're handy for diaper free time too. I lay baby on a towel and put these on each side of the towel. (He gets great distance sometimes with his pee!). So much less clean up and laundry for mama makes mama happy!

Value
By far a good purchase for value-oriented moms. While it's plain and does not have bright colors or pictures, it definitely serves its purpose and is super inexpensive on a price per basis. I use it at home as an extra precaution on the changing table and keep a few extra in my go bag for travel. While my baby doesn't have too many blow outs (yet), these help me to do very quick clean ups especially when traveling. I think I have enough to last me for a year.

Absorbs very well but not very durable
I am using this to help avoid a mess when the baby decides to go pee when the diaper is off. Cleaning the baby with a wet nap and having it touch the liner will cause the liner to soak up what ever is touching. Whatever liquid substance goes on it stays on it and doesn't go through. However when the baby starts moving and fussing, the liner starts crumpling up which makes the liner even smaller. I have also used the Munchkin brand and it works really well. While it was also larger in size, the price was too expensive to be having to go through them daily. This ECR4Kids liner is a good value and i don't feel bad going through them daily to avoid having to keep cleaning and changing linen for the diaper changing table.

LOVE IT!!
I love having this for poopy diaper change!! I originally bought this to use on the go because I don’t like putting my diaper station on the filthy public places. I wanted to use this UNDER my diaper station ;-) My little one (7 months) hates diaper change and is always trying to escape! So I’m always afraid that poop is going to be everywhere. But now I have 500 of these, I use this at home when I have poopy diaper change and it makes it soooooo much easier for me not have to worry about too much! I use this horizontally under my baby’s butt so size is ok. Plastic backing is absolutely wonderful!! I think the quality is great and hasn’t ripped with crazy baby moving on it. Highly recommended!

Good for a liner
I purchased these for our church's nursery changing table so they could still use an actual pad underneath and still be "sterile". These are pretty much the same thing as at the pediatrician's office that they lay on the scale before you place your baby on them. They are not long enough for a toddler, but we are only needing it for their butt areas. Just don't expect it to span the length of the changing pad. Not really absorbent, but does what we need it to.

Not impressed but they are usable
Not at all impressed with these, several issues. First, they are beyond paper then. If you’re used to using the old Toys “R” Us disposable pads, you will not like these. They are about half of the thickness of the toys are us pads. Second issue, they don’t really absorb all that much if there’s an accident, so whatever’s underneath is going to get damp at the least. Third issue, these pads, for some reason, like to stick to your child’s but. The only positive I see is that they are usable and you get a hell of a lot of them for the money. Why can’t a company produce a box of this amount at the quality of the Toys “R” Us pads. Seriously folks, it’s just paper. It’s not that expensive.
