Simple & cheap to use .
Baked 4 medium sized potatoes in 40 minutes with the hot plate at about 60% power Never went beyond the green on the smart meter display.

It works great
I use it on my single burner portable gas stove. On a low flame it bakes a medium potato in about an hour. Nice crisp skin and very tasty. Just turn the potato every ten minutes. It can probably handle a pair of medium sized spuds. It will make burnt patches but I like my potato that way.
