I got the pans and they were all bent up and 1 of handles was broken

Cheap material. Does not look like wonderchef. Whenever I cook using these utensils it smells. I discarded the utensils

The utensils are really great, durable, sturdy, easy to clean, and the nonstick coating is quite a good one,provided one knows how to take care of them properly. Nonetheless, if Wonderchef is eyeing the market to become a premium nonstick cookware company then they should really look into the matter of after sales service. In that regard they are shoddy, unprofessional, clueless, abrupt and unhelpful. Also the grip of the glass lids can be a bother. After several uses the thread just conks and the grip becomes loose, making it a dangerous thing to use in the kitchen. They should rectify this as thse things matter when we buy such stuff with a hefty price tag.

Good and stylish products . Good working but service centre may be issue for this brand items. According to my view No service centre is required for this item there is nothing to get repair only when ever handle bolts become loose u need to tighten that.Upper glass cap is little bit delicate have to handle carefully otherwise it will broke easily .Build quality Good and stylish ,Value for money

My mother wanted a cookwear set with heavy metal which provides complete cooking solution. I purchased this 3 piece cookware set in which Dosa Tawa can be used for making Dosa's, Uttapam and various dishes. Also all the three items are non stick which is much needed in all the Utensils. It has soft touch handles which gives a firm grip and easy to carry. This multipurpose set is so helpful in our daily cooking needs along with its quality is superb with its modern design. I am happy with my purchase of 3 piece cookwear set!

Ordered this as a gift for my mother, and she says it's the best gift she has received till date. Has a wok frying pan and a dosa tawa! Looks so stylish and elegant. She made Dosa on it which was very crispy and on top of that oil requeired was also very less, comes with finest non sticky coating. The size of the pan is also upto the mark. Easy to clean and use. I love wonderchef products as usual upto the mark!!!
