Simply put... it is NOT suitable for purchase and use.
Looking to purchase authentic French yeast for bread making. thought I would try this one. Box arrived and it did contain fove (5) packets. However, the expiration date on each package was January 2025. Since it is already November 2025, it is clear the packets are long past the expiration date. Unfortunately, I cannot return them. I strongly suggest anyone considering the purchase of this item, Alsa Levure Bpoulanger Briochin, contemplate the purchase as you have no recourse when you receive out of date product.

Great brand for baking
I made a beautiful brioche with this product. I love alsa as a brand. A lot of french recipes for pastries use this type of instant yeast. I love it and use it regularly

It's not a 5 pack it's only one, so the price of this is way too high, don't buy this
