Rico is one of the old names in appliances especially their immersion rod water heaters have been existing from decades long. I actually bought this one to be used while travelling as solar systems at many resorts/hotels are not really capable of providing hot waters to all the occupants. This is really a nice, lightweight and easy to use product by Rico. Its 1500W rod which warms the water really fast. In couple of minutes I could feel water significantly warmer so it was much faster. I did not test the shock proof feature though. It has water level indicator to be maintained before starting the operation. Overall operation is easy. Comes with 1 year warranty. Also its a ISI marked product for Safety measures. Only concern I have is the top cover of the handle could have been little better fitted.(See Pic) While removing from the box itself it gets displaced as the attachment is not sturdy. With this cost this is definitely not acceptable.The chord too can be felt little short but can be easily used immediate below the electric wall plug and not at long distance from the plug. Rest product is handy, fast and recommended.

I’ve been using the Ricco handheld water heater for a while now, and it works really well for quick heating. It heats water fast, is super easy to use, and very handy too, perfect for quick baths or when you just need a bit of hot water. The size makes it easy to store or carry while traveling. Just need to be a bit careful while using, as with any immersion heater. Overall, quite happy with it for the price.

Just be mindful at heating cause it heats fast. Claims is true for the anti shock item.

This is too expensive for what it does, which is just 1 thing, as opposed to the many substitutes that do 2-4 things for lower prices.

It works as expected - the plug is Eu round pin so had to buy an adapter. Do remember to plug it directly to the wall, avoid extension cords. Overall, its just the thing I need. Follow the minimum and max water levels also.
