Primal Kitchen - Gluten Free Avocado Oil Vinaigrette & Marinade Italian - 8 fl. oz.

Vinaigrette all'olio di avocado: ottimo condimento soprattutto (a mio avviso) per le insalate; fresco e speziato, condisce i cibi dandogli un sapore deciso senza essere invadente e sovrastarli. Per i miei gusti la consistenza è leggermente acquosa: preferisco i condimenti più viscosi e densi, come la salsa ranch oppure la mia carissima e tanto amata maionese. Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità (provenienza certificata sulla confezione) e si presta perfettamente ad essere adottata in regimi alimentari chetogenici, paleolitici, "low carb"; tuttavia la sua freschezza speziata, fa si che (la salsa) si presti decisamente bene ad essere abbinata alle pietanze più svariate: dalle insalate, ai lattici, ai piatti estivi a base di carni bianche. Quindi la consiglio caldamente anche a tutti coloro i quali vogliano far collimare gli eccellenti valori nutrizionali e l'impeccabile qualità del prodotto, con un'ottima sapidità e versatilità dello stesso. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non molto conveniente: pur stante la purezza degli ingredienti, se si sommando anche le spese di spedizione richieste (non beneficia della modalità di spedizione Prime), allora in costo è decisamente eccessivo. Tempi di consegna non molto celeri (anche se l'acquisto mi è arrivato con circa cinque giorni di anticipo, sulla data preventivata); imballaggio solido, robusto ed accurato nei minimi dettagli.

Love this stuff. No seed oil, no sugar, perfect for a diabetic person with heart issues. Starting getting this for my father while he was in skilled care nursing for the salads he was eating for lunch and dinner. They only provided crap basically, was even rough getting him salads only (no dessert, no fruit, correct food brought, etc) but regardless of what salad dressing they brought, I knew he had this and felt so much better about him. I love cooking with avocado oil but have found it can be almost rancid in some store bought mixed things (dressing, mayo, etc) but this one gets a five start review for taste!

A healthy choice for an old favorite

We use this dressing quite a lot. It’s tangy with the right amount of spices. Has a smooth, quality flow. We use this on salads and homemade Mediterranean dishes. Simple and quick to finish off any meal.

I'm a big fan of Italian dressing, as a marinade and on salads. I'm trying to cut sugar as much as possible and looked forward to tasting this dressing after reading the reviews. Well, let's just say I was deceived. This dressing taste disgusting. Don't waste your money on this or the dreamy Italian dressing. It's pricey and it's wasted money in the trash.
