Federal Bureau of Investigation CS-10PK Fingerprint Cards, Applicant Fd-258, Pack of 10

These are genuine forms used for submission to the FBI for background checks. I bought these because I only needed a few, not a big batch like 100 count. Keep a few spares just in case you screw up the print job and need to do a do-over.

Just what I needed! Sure, like other reviewers have said, these are free at police departments when you need fingerprinting. But, when you need fingerprints for several different licensing boards, and you are temporarily assigned to a government facility in timbuktu...where the local police departments are not always open...purchasing these cards on Amazon became a necessity. This will allow me to complete all the necessary information and keep them in my car so that if, and when, (by luck) I just happen to catch THE ONE person in the police department who does fingerprinting ...actually there to perform fingerprinting ...I’ll be ready! Without that awkward “sitting in the lobby while I complete each card” feeling. Because of course that one person in the department who does the fingerprints keeps the fingerprint cards locked in his office as if they are a matter of national security. And what’s that you say? Make an appointment? How does that work? (lol) But it’s okay. Gotta’ love and respect small-town charm and rules (lol).

Who doesn't love sending off fingerprints in addition to unconstitutional taxes so we can exercise our rights. These are exactly what you want if you are sending off Form 1 applications to the BATFE :) But honestly, these worked perfectly. They are proper forms and heavy card stock paper.
