This is perfect, I tend to use this in my baking breads, works perfectly and keeps the flavor of just sugar at bay. Don't need a lot so safe to say this will last quite a while. We have a few bottles of honey around the kitchen. I'd prefer this instead of, since our regular honey tends to become crystallized after the roomy puts it in the microwave.

As a diabetic I have used this to replace regular sugar amd have great success in keeping my numbers low and keeping a sweet available.

This product is extremely delicious! You wouldn't even know that it was powder when ya use it. Tastes just like bottled honey in any form.
