I was spending a fortune on canned energy drinks and it has become quite expensive so I thought I would give this a try and I was actually surprised it tastes so nice! Very good value for money compared to cans, less waste and I can switch the flavours when I need. Have had no digestive issues and also I noticed when I drink most brands of energy drinks I get serious hunger pangs but I didn’t with this. Mixed really well too.

I keep coming back for this so that means they’re doing something right. It dissolves very well in water and leaves little or no residue. It also gives me energy just before and during my workouts. Love the taste and smell of the berry.

Really impressed with this amino supplement — the strawberry kiwi flavour tastes great and mixes well. Excellent value for money too, especially with 30 servings at this price. Will definitely buy again!

Such a great product, it's helped me kick my 3litre a day fizzy drink habit, tastes great and a variety of different flavours all are good (personal favourite is the grape bumblegum). The fact you get a protein kick from this too just adds to the benefits. I used to really struggle drinking water but since finding this stuff 18 months ago, I know drink easily 2/3 litres a day and it's also been a catalyst in my 5 stone weight loss journey. Honestly can't recommend it more, actually couldn't be without it now.

Update : After trying this a couple more times I've ended up throwing it away as it makes me so hungry even after eating and it upsets my stomach. Shame as I was quite enjoying the taste. Well priced product. I have only used this BCAA powder twice so far so I don't really know if it works regarding my muscles although I did find my workout went easier than normal energy wise. I found the product easy to mix up the powder soon dissolved. Although I don't dislike the taste for me personally it is far too sweet there is way too much artificial sweetener in it , It reminds me of the Nesquick milk shake mix I used to drink as a kid, I added more water to try and dilute the sweetness a bit. In some of the reviews I read before buying the powder it says that it didn't leave the persons hungry like some products do but unfortunately for me it left me ravenous both times of taking even after having my lunch I still felt really hungry and could easily have eaten far more than I need which is a shame, hence the 3 stars.

Easy to mix in a shaker. Mild but pleasant taste. I was spending a fair amount on energy drinks so decided to try this instead. Not been using very long but will continue with it.

Not for use as a pre-workout at the gym for me, only the highest quality and quantity of ingredients can actually get me going in the gym, its not about the caffeine quantity, my True Start coffee from holland and barret gives me more pump than most pre-workouts on the market because its slow release caffeine, and the more natural you go like Guarana and Green Coffee you won't get crash effects like you do with Anydrous caffeine. I'd give this 3 stars because it actually tastes like energy flavour, like the shisha variety or energy drink flavour. It gives some alertness and awake feeling which is good and I never had a crash with this product probably because the caffeine in it is too low, I would have given this full stars if all of its caffeine came from natural sources not just green tea extract as I'm coming off Caffeine Anhydrous its too dangerous for me. The Nice ones are off top of my head- Green Tea Guarana Green Coffee Bean ================ New update- I wouldn't recommend this anymore, for some reason the ones they sold me caused me red rash and for a few years now the quality control is not good because they have all been giving me red rash on my forehead, they maybe selling me one that is past expiry even though it states there is 2 years left lately for the last couple years I must have been getting bad batches and blamed other products for my rash. Then I took this today by itself and did nothing else throughout the day and low and behold this is the culprit. Don't recommend this anymore.

The lid was not sealed meaning half the powder was lost in the shipping package and could not be sure as to the quality of the remaining powder.
