Problem free transaction, product as described, speedy delivery
The pop-up laptop tent does exactly what it says on the tin. I have a laptop with a 15.5 inch screen that fits into the tent without problems. Being old school, I use a mouse which has to sit outside of the tent but is no great hardship. If I could make one improvement, it would be to allow more room to get your hands into the tent for using the keyboard as it is a bit tight at the tent sides but I will just have to amend my typing style. otherwide problem free.

Such a good but
I really debated as to whether to buy this as it was quite expensive but I'm glad I did. Works well and means I can study outside. Only slight thing is its quite high so can't always see the top of the screen but workable.

The item arrived broken. The poles were snapped in 3 places.
The item arrived broken. The poles were snapped in 3 places. This was a birthday present and the package was sent out with little packaging to protect the item. The seller should have refunded the item without quibble, they even wanted us to send the faulty item back without a replacement being offered at our inconvenience. The product itself is flimsy and awkward to use. There are no instructions. Shocking!

It does not do the job.
It's almost useless. The screen was still hardly seen unless you go with your head inside this laptop tent. Waste of time and money.
