E45 Emollient Bath Oil - 500 ml - Pack of 3

I have used this product many times over the years and find that it really does help my skin to retain moisture and feel smoother and gnerally just feel healthier. It's designed for eczema-prone skin like mine and compliments other treatments of eczema. It's not very cheap as far as bath additives go, but it works really well. It's well worth the investment in your skin.

I’ll be honest – I was never a big fan of E45 in the past and much preferred Dove products. But back in 2024, I developed a terrible skin rash on my leg that just wouldn’t shift. After a round of steroid creams prescribed by the doctor (which had little to no effect), I started reading up on dermatologist recommendations and came across E45 Bath Oil.I decided to give it a go, using it alongside non-scented Epsom salts in the bath – and wow, what a difference. Within two weeks, the rash had started to clear up significantly. The constant itching stopped, and I haven’t needed steroids since. On top of that, my skin has never felt smoother – genuinely silky to the touch.Yes, it does leave the bathtub a bit slippery (so take care getting out), and your skin can feel quite oily afterwards – but for someone with sensitive skin and occasional eczema, it’s a small price to pay. This stuff moisturises and soothes in a way that no scented product ever has for me.I now use one full cup per bath – probably more than recommended, as I think you’re only meant to fill the inner cap – but it works well for me, and I regularly reorder it from Amazon.I wouldn’t call myself a die-hard E45 fan, but this product has well and truly won me over. A solid 5 stars.

This works very well and has every bit as high quality as medically Prescribed Emollient. It also is less stringent and so is kinder to your eyes if you do get any of the water into your eyes during a bath. It's also superb value because the Prescription type also available over the counter is very expensive compared with this one.Another thing I noticed is that other makes leave scum on the side of the bath on emptying the water whereas this E45 doesn't so I think it's probably a more efficient surfactant than other makes. For those who don't know what I'm talking about - a surfactant is something that changes the surface-tension of water so any soap sticking to the skin will be forced to roll off and leave no residue. The soap falls off literally like water off a duck's back. This is just the same function that you get from Hair Conditioner which knocks the soap foam flat and chases off all the residue shampoo. It's in effect a WD40 for the body! You keep your skin-pores free of residue that is an irritant or bad for excema and psoriasis. I will certainly buy this again at such a good price too.

this body oil for shower is way better than the shower cream i would say . i am suffering with eczema this is why i tried it i have already been using the shower cream but oil i tried very first time . and honestly it did a great job more than the shower cream. it created lather without any difficulty . it moisturize the skin without any effort . but yes it would be expensive if you are going to use it in your daily bath. it has no scent .

Honestly this bath oil is magical. Only tiny little portion in the bath and it soaks into my skin and makes my skin so smooth and soft coming out of the bath. It does not feel over oily at all and i don’t need any moisturiser after bath because of this oil. My skin feels like baby skin after soaking in the bath with this magical oil!!! Love it!!!

Excellent for dry skin. Leaves skin moisturized and far from dry without being greasy. Not only more affordable then some other well known brands but also more effective. 10/10..

I have been using this for years! It's the best bath emollient. I have dry skin and I'm prone to eczema flare ups. I use once a week in the bath. My skin feels instantly soothed and moisturised. Will be using the product for life!
