Didn’t perform as hoped
I found the perforations on the spoon too large, therefore the item didn’t perform as I had hoped. Unfortunately confined to the bin.

Useful item in my kitchen
I just wanted a utensil to skim the top of soups, stews etc or to lift a poached egg from the pan. This spoon is perfect for my needs. Light but well made.
