Amazing for back pain
If you have back pain, or muscle tightness anywhere, do not hesitate. Worth every penny. Super firm and actually works as a deep tissue massage.

Fantastic!
I had a smaller version of this (different brand) and really liked it but it was too small. Finally found this one, same quality, heavy, durable, firm, rubberised outing! And big enough to do do legs and butt! Perfect! Much better than hard foam ones that misshape

Perfect
A lot of therapy balls and massage balls that I’ve used are far too soft. These are really hard. They’re perfect for me as I want to go into deep tissue rather than just massage at the surface. Really good for things like piriformis syndrome. Expensive but worth it.

I use the small ball frequently, it's so good for neck and back tightness. The large red ball is good for the legs and hip area.

Great set of balls!
These balls are very firm, but that’s ideal for me. Some may not want ones which are so firm.They do a great job. The varying sizes means you can hit everywhere on your body. Nice, grippy surface on them as well so they don’t slip about. Recommend.
