I’ve been taking Sports Research CoQ10 for a few months now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best CoQ10 supplements I’ve tried. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I love that it contains Bioperine (black pepper extract), which helps with absorption. A lot of other CoQ10 brands don’t include that and you can feel the difference in effectiveness and improvement in focus. This CoQ10 is very easy to swallow. It does not upset my stomach the way some CoQ10 supplements have done in the past. It checks all the boxes for me: it's manufactured in the USA, it's non-GMO, it's third party tested, and they use coconut oil to enhance the absorption. It is also USP grade which I consider essential. I'm very comfortable taking this supplement and I am very picky. Also, it has no taste or smell which is a plus.

I think it works fine, I like this brand for other vitamins/supplements. The pills are easy to swallow. My hesitation and what prevents a full 5-stars is that the bright orange color of the pill makes me concerned about what dye is in the product. I understand there is usually some sort of color in supplements, but the color is so opaque, it just concerns me. I hope that the pill will be reconsidered in the future. I don't know if it's a vegetable-based dye(?), but the bright color is just on my mind.

I've been taking this for the past several weeks and I feel good. These are small and easily to swallow and there is no smell. These have no after taste so, no issues there. What Iearne that that C0Q10 is good for migraines and headaches. I think it helps with my energy and performance levels at the gym. I feel I am able to push myself a bit more and not tire out so quickly. Overall I need to take this longer but this far no issues.
