I love these. I cannot keep them in my pantry. They are delicious and also have protein and therefore don't feel so unhealthy. They're a little higher in calories but a good "meal substitute" when I'm running around. My kids enjoy them too.

I have seen weight loss because it's low-calorie and fills me up. If you are running to work and you don't have time to eat, you just grab one of these. Granted, the texture is kind of weird and there are some hard bits in it, but considering everything, it's still the best in the market.
