Works very well
Very helpful. If you take it, it will allow you to continue your activities with no interruption. We also buy enterogermina to help with the intestinal flora and buscapina if colicky.

It helps with my IBS-d. I have a SEVERE case of it. When Imodium doesn't work, I use this. Taste isn't bad either. I mix in 1/2 cup of water.
