Very good quality and very attractive. They were able to fit over the current towel holder for easy installation. Great value for the money.

Had to cover up damage on a bathroom wall from the previous occupant's towel holder and this is the only one I could find that had a base with a 2.5" diameter. Most are 2 inches or so not wide enough to cover up the damage that was done. This one however made the job easy. Outside of that it was also easy to install, it's sturdy, and for the most part it looks high quality. My 1 gripe is the plastic they chose to show in the "hinge" that always the ring to move. I'm not even sure it's purpose, if it's to make the rotation smooth, or for waterproofing, or what, but it ruins how it looks for me. Makes it go from high quality to cheap and there was no reason to have the plastic exposed if you had to have it at all. No complaints other than that.
