My naturopath recommend this supplement to me a few years ago after he realized my adrenals were fried from a lifetime of trauma and being in "survival mode". I took many steps to get to where I am now but starting this supplement was a huge one - it helped me feel what a "normal baseline" could be compared to where I was usually functioning at - which was super stressed and super anxious without even realizing it. ADHS goes with me wherever I go - it's always my go-to on a rough day. I used to have to take it several times a day and now, thanks to all of the realizations and hard work I've put into my health health, it's always there for me "just in case" and on tougher days. ALL Biotics products are superb. They rank up there with Standard Process, and are prescribed by many doctors and nutritionists. I have used them, under the care and advice of a physician for over 10 years. Cytozyme is a gentle glandular adrenalin boost, a little less potent as ABD5-PLUS, which is ideal for many—I took it for a long time. . A non-glandular consideration is Biotics ADHS. I do NOT work for Biotics—but I am glad they’re there!

I have adrenal fatigue and other health issues. I started having heart palpitations a few months ago due to some hyperthyroid symptoms. I tried everything to help. I took this product and within 2 days, they have greatly reduced or almost totally subsided. I know you are not allowed to make health claims, but I am just saying I did not do anything different. Just this. I did a lot of research, but this product has really been a lifesaver. It is helping my adrenals and are very calming, but at the same time give me some energy. I am very familiar with this brand, so that was a no brainer, but now trying it myself I can not say enough good things about it. My midwife recommended this product to me years ago to help with energy. I have taken it ever since. When I take it I don’t feel fatigued like I used to. I wouldn’t want to live without this product, it helps give me the strength I need each day. Love it and highly recommend it.

I've been taking this supplement recommended by a naturopath for 2 months now, and want to shout from the rooftops how good it makes me feel. A little about me: I don't usually buy into naturopath stuff, and I'm always weary of product claims I have always been the kind of person that feels depleted by 10am, no matter how much coffee I drink, I schedule my days around naps and feel like I NEED them to get through the day. I'm a mother of a 1 year old but I've been a serial napper since high school. I also suffer from headaches and migraines Since taking the ADHS, I rarely have headaches (this is a big deal!) and I feel so good, I don't need coffee as a crutch and my need for napping has diminished. It's hard to explain, but my body feels calm yet my mind feels alert. I don't feel jittery and I don't ever feel like I'm going to crash, two feelings I absolutely hate. I feel I can better keep up with my toddler and can focus better because I don't feel so worn down. I started with 1 pill, two times a day and gradually moved up to 2 pills, 2 times a day. With breakfast and then with lunch. If I take it too late in the day I find I can't fall asleep as quickly as usual. Always with a meal, or else my stomach will get upset. I wish it were possible to take on an empty stomach, but this is the case for every supplement I've taken, I have a really sensitive stomach. I'm so glad I found this brand on Amazon, as going through the naturopath and paying postage would be a pain. This is my second bottle and I plan on continuously repurchasing.

My chiro is also a naturopathy he had given me this and it did help with my adrenals so i got it from you for thr same price since i couldn't get to him very good product this might not work the same for everyone get tested first!!
