It's a small can, & pricey, but it's a very delicious special treat. I tossed it with pasta & topped it with truffle carpaccio slices & a sprinkle of truffle salt to make it extra decadent!

Taste was just ok. In relative terms, price/value was outlandish!

In the middle of winter, when I want something exotic and I am having pasta, I just reach in the cupboard for this. Great taste, and the product has a consistent quality....

I purchased tis product with high hopes for something really great. It was just OK. I thought it tasted like a canned product. And I mean it seemed to have picked up the tinny taste of the can. I certainly was not wowed by it. I was having mine with a steak. I simmered it in the cast iron pan with the steak hoping they would compliment each other. I think I could have achieved a tastier result wit a can of Campbell cream of mushroom soup. It could be me and the way I chose to prepare it, but I'm glad I at least tried it.

Add to mashed potatoes, use as a steak topping, makes vegis taste great too!

Great to use when white truffles are not in season or not available in your neighborhood.

Love these products but both items arrived with expired dates. One dated 2021 and other dated 2024. One exploded during shipment.

I add a full can of this stuff to 3/4 cup of cream. Once I sauté onions and garlic in butter, I add the cream mixture and some pecorino Romano cheese. Add that to pasta and you have a very exotic, special and tasty dish.
