Item arrived on expected date. Size was a little bigger than I thought but ok to use!

I found out two years ago that I had a mild heart attack or angina attack. Of course, this lead to me having to take several medications. One of my prescriptions of course was nitroglycerin pills for emergencies. The problem I ran into was carrying the little bottle around that they come in. I also ended up forgetting the bottle in my pants when I washed them and of course it crushed all of them to powder. That's when I looked for this Pill Capsule. It's very light and thick enough to protect my pills from any harsh movement. I love that it has the medical symbol on it, but unfortunately, the paint is already coming off - see picture. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the chain is shorter than I anticipated. The capsule sits higher on my neck than I wanted, so I'll have to get a longer chain for it. Other than this, it's served it's purpose for what I need.

I am a heart patient and I li ❤️ love keeping nitroglycerin in this. When time is of the essence, I don't have to hunt a.nitroglycerin because I always have them around my neck! Extremely handy! I have nicknamed it my " life saver" the only time i take it off is when I have to for xrays. Procedures, etc

I have only had this for HOURS. I ordered it for a medication that I only need on occasion, but if I get to the point that I need it, I'm unable to get up and go get it myself. I bought this intending to put the charm on a bracelet so I could wear it ALL the time, even showering. This afternoon, with my little10 pound dog at my feet, I heard something fall on the floor...The charm had come unscrewed, and the bottom portion AND the pills were on the floor! I know the pieces were screwed together tightly as I made sure of it so that it would stand its best chance of being waterproof. Thank God my dog didn't get to the pills! *UPDATE* I gave it a second try another day after REALLY tightening it closed. I looked down after running a couple errands and the bottom part was gone! Came unscrewed on it's own again. Lord knows where my pill is! Another note. The opening of this pill container is tiny. I knew that was the case, but knew I could split my pill in half. And lastly... The charm part does not slide off of the chain because the end of the chain is too big. I had to cut the last link of the chain to get it off and use on a bracelet or a different necklace.

good quality. Chain is kinda small. I had to use a metal snip to cut the old chain off and you will need to get a longer chain with a small clasp end to get it to go through the very small loop. I suggest waiting to order a longer chain until you receive it, so you can actually see how small the loop is.

My only complaint is that the medication that I take that's emergency is a circular tablet but you can split those in half and put both halves in which to be honest has been great practice and encouraging me to use half doses. To be honest it may have saved my life a couple times since I bought this a few months ago. It also looks very simple and I have sensory issues and it doesn't bother me throughout the day.

Capsule interior was nasty and required cleaning before use. Q-tips and rubbing alcohol did the job quickly. The chain is too short and appears "rinky dink". I'll find an aftermarket to be satisfied. The capsule itself is just large enough for my emergency meds and should suffice. If you don't mind fixing it up, it'll serve. If looking for something right off the shelf useful, it's not.

Bought thus for Mum in law after her heart attack, she has to carry daily aspirin and nitroglycerin so, thought around the neck was the best bet but, this pill holder, although it claims to hold aspirin, it's barely big enough to hold nitroglycerin. Do not recommend.
