Just what I was expecting. High quality solid material and looks great. The plate is more matte black with a glossier black lettering. The contrast looks really nice. I bought screws and black screw cap covers separately at the local auto store. Just adding a little update 1 year later. Tag still looks as good as when I first got it. I take my Jeep to the carwash at least once a week and all lettering has held up great with no fading. Top notch quality. Update: 4 years later One of the letters finally pooped off when I was on the road somewhere. I'll be purchasing another.

Purchased this Jeep from Indiana and had no choice but to put a plate on the front since the plate mount had been drilled into my gorgeous blue bumper. Quality is amazing, just like everything from Mopar. I love how subtle it is.

Wow very impressed by this license plate. It’s heavy, looks and feels ultra heavy duty, just like a Jeep! I see some people have problems with the finish fading - I hope mine doesn’t do that - if so I will edit this review. I’ve only had mine for a few days, so, time will tell. Super happy with it at the moment. Looks like a million bucks on my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited! Update - 5 years later - item still looks good. The matte black background started to show signs of fading a couple years ago, but honestly I think it looks cool, has a worn/aged look to it. The glossy leatters still look as good as new. None have fallen off. I handwash my Jeep tho, maybe that helps.

It didn’t come with the black bolts but I still love it! It looks amazing!!! A little pricey!
