Help me relax and fall asleep
These chamomile really help me relax and fall asleep easier. Easy to swallow. I find them more affective than chamomile tea - which I hate the taste of anyways.

Will not be buying again not camomile
This isn’t camomile, I open my capsules and eat them with a drop of water, I usually buy Natures Way but Amazon seems to have stopped but they are only 350mg I can go to sleep pretty quickly with Natures Way and they taste of Camomile. These taste of slightly spicy dust no camomile flavour and although they say they are stronger at 375 they have done nothing for me which is really disappointing as I had to buy them just before I went on holiday as I had run out of Natures way and It’s really thrown me. Will not be buying again
