GUITTARD COCOA POWDER-UNSWEETENED 8 OZ 8 OZ

Hands down the BEST cocoa powder I've ever had and I've had them all. It's smooth and rich in flavor. The depth of flavor is by far superior to other big brand names. It may cost a little more, but your baking and hot cocoa will be excellent in flavor. It's a good value. It's in a nice canister, easy to open, easy to close. It measures well, isn't clumpy and the depth of color is amazing. It smells wonderful in my kitchen when I'm using it. I promise you will love it! 👌🏽😉

Worth the price -- I couldn't find this locally but it came highly recommended by America's Test Kitchen so I knew I had to try and find it. This cocoa powder helped me make the richest, most chocolatey cookies I've ever had. The container was well sealed and the cocoa powder had a deep, rich aroma -- it seemed quite fresh. The chocolate crinkle cookies were a holiday hit, I don't know that they would have been as nice without a quality cocoa powder.

This cocoa is excellent and compares well with Droste’s dutched cocoa, that is no longer available. Tastes great as hot cocoa as well as in baked goods. But

I had been using a “dark cocoa” powder from an established brand, but all of a sudden I couldn’t find it anywhere in store or online. For years I put a small amount in my coffee every day which takes it to another level. I took a chance on this as a substitute. I can’t believe how much better my coffee tastes now. It is sublime. I almost don’t want to say how much I like this as I don’t want everyone else to use it, too. I want to be able to buy more.

This is now the only cocoa powder I use. out of this world. smooth as silk. And with better quality cocoa powder you can use less sweeteners. Very easy to mix in my coffee.

Guittard is a very good cocoa powder. I have always used Hershey's, but saw an article which rated cocoa powders. This was one on that list. When I opened it, it had such a nice cocoa smell to it. I had been promising my husband to make him some homemade cocoa, so I heated the milk on the stove, added the cocoa powder, stirred and let it dissolve, poured it into mugs, sweetened his with stevia and mine with organic Florida Crystals, since he is a diabetic. He loved it and so did I. It was a very rich tasting cocoa. I can't wait to bake a chocolate cake with it and chocolate frosting, too.

My wife bakes as a hobby and has used basic name brand cocoa for decades. I recently saw this cocoa on an episode of America's Test Kitchen and bought it for my wife to try. The depth of chocolate flavor added was an order of magnitude over the old Hersheys stuff. The increase in flavor relative to its price is a huge win - would highly recommend.
