VViViD Wrap Cut 32ft (10M) Vinyl Wrap Edge Cutting Detailer Tape (4 Rolls + Squeegee)

I had to put a review here for Vvivid. I ordered this item expecting to receive the Vvivid brand tape, but instead they sent me the real 3M knifeless tape - see pic. So someone at Vvivid is reading these negative reviews or I lucked out. Anyway, the 3M tape worked flawlessly if you take your time and follow instructions. I read the instructions and watched a few videos on YouTube before trying it. As for the yellow detailer tool, toss it, it's too sharp as a squeegee and too small. Perhaps as a pointing and tucking tool, anyway I didn't use it.

Not sure to rate higher or lower. I ordered the red wrapcut tape but received 3m's knifeless tape. A superior product in my opinion. Either way, it did what I needed just wasn't what I ordered which is a little concerning because everyone may not receive the better product.

I used this to apply some black vinyl to an edge on my hood that causes a terrible glare. It worked well in some spots but there was a time or two where it tore the vinyl instead of cutting. After the first time I had an exacto ready to keep the tear from getting bad the second time but I'm still going to have to rewrap it when I have time because the first tear was so bad. I suppose I'll try 3M or another brand before I give up on knifeless cutting tape altogether.

Cuts well but the rope tends to rip. I wrapped the guards and fenders, used the tape with the guards, I also jus did my wing but haven't got pics yet, it definitely cuts the 3m, can be a but hard to pull because its alittle hard to grip it. Make sure the wrap is flat when its done cause I tried pulling it through a thick piece that got bunched and I broke the rope and had to use a cutter lol but otherwise for the price. Its worth it.I did end up using all of it lol

I got this tape because I saw that coming wraps who uses alot of Vvivid products uses knifeless tape so I got this to make my wrap project easier and it was useless. The tape is hard to pull to cut the vinyl which messed things up and the cut was not the best.i was really disappointed.

I think I am a little inexperienced and therefore I am not getting the clean result out of this product. I gave it four stars because it really holds up well, a little tough to get the strings loose and cutting through the vinyl, with practice I should get better. I am wrapping my motorcycle so there is a lot to practice with in small tight wraps.

I used with the vivid gold dry carbon wrap and this stuff worked but not great. It doesn't stick well at all the surface was washed degreased and wiped down with alchaol while installing the wrap the cut tape moved because of the lack of stick on it. When it did cut it made a nice line but some lines got "hung up" and ripped rather than cut.

A little bit stiffer than other knifeless tapes, but not too bad. If most of your cuts are straight, this will be just fine. If you have a lot of curves, like flames or something, it might be a little difficult. Overall pretty good & worked for what I needed.

the product does work, but not as good as a razer. I had to start the cut with a razer otherwise the tape just pulled up the wrap, the cut line was also rough using this. last comment is the string was hard to separate from the tape, make sure you leave lots of extra so you can play with it.

The very concept of this product is...awesome. Worked very well. I've never used it before so I can't compare it to other vinyl cut tapes...but I was very pleased with the results having never done it before. That has to count for something.In the pictures above the cut tape made the line between the black vinyl and the orange vents.

Did not stick very well, I thought I had not preped the surface properly so I went and got rubbing alcohol to decrease the surface but still did not stick in anything but a straight line. Then once I tried to use it to cut the wrap it just pulled up and made not cuts in the material.I tried a couple of times with no success.It could be user error but I feel like it is very straight forward. I do not have experience with other knifeless tapes tho

Works well on softer & thinner vinyl. I used Avery Dennison vinyl and it worked well for it.. the tape adhesion was secure. Initially the string took a bit to remove, but overall good and sped up the process..

Filament does not separate. Side mount makes it hard from both angles. Sticks okay but Filament not separating means the whole roll goes in trash.. waste of money. Very disappointed. As bad as 3m has gotten it still atleast separates from the carrier . DO NOT BUY
