I use this coconut oil on the leg feather of my draft horse to moisturize and condition the hair. In the winter it also helps to keep thick mud from sticking from sticking to the leg and feather. Nice quantity and well priced

This is a great quality coconut MCT oil. Costs a bit more than from my oil supplier but getting it in a day made it worth it. The bottle is fresh...i do worry apout getting old stock but not from this seller. Quality is top notch and happy to get a full galloninstead of smaller bottle

I guess all good things must taste bad. I guess this is what MCT oil suppose to taste like DO NOT take more than ONE teaspoon at first, or you will have stomach cramps and spend most of the day in the bathroom. I guess later you get used to it. The exact benefit is difficult to verify without a glucose monitor

Great quality MCT Oil at a great price.

I just took a sip of this MCT oil and on my tongue it tasted OK but as I swallowed it there's a horrible bitter taste. I just took a sip of the Nutiva oil I still have a small amount of and it tastes perfect. I've read that MCT oil can have a bitter taste due to the presence of caproic acid (C6), but high-quality MCT oils remove that to improve the taste. Verdana doesn't have C6 so why does it have a bad taste?

I have been using Verdana Coconut MCT oil for a while now, and I love it. In addition to cooking with coconut oil and using it in smoothies, I use it on my massage clients and they also love it because it doesn't leave them feeling oily or greasy afterward and I rarely have to worry about allergies to other oils, lotions and ingredients. It absorbs into the skin very nicely. In the past, I used name brand massage lotions and oils that had what I deemed as nasty additives. They also resulted in dermatitis break-outs on my hands. Once I started using the coconut oil, the dermatitis issues disappeared and never returned. With so many uses for coconut oil, this one gets my #1 vote!
