Failed after 18 months, 1 tape per week.
Stopped working after 18 months. Used HP and IBM tapes only. 1 tape per week. Used cleaning tape only 3 times. Sent the tape drive out for repair only to find out the print head is bad and would cost just $500 less than the "brand new" price. I will never buy an HP tape drive again.

Terrible Experience
It wasn't used for a year and it stopped working, we sent it to support and it's the problem, in other words, it's not worth fixing, I tried talking to HP in every way and got zero contact.
