I am surprised at the quality of this product. It's tastes as healthful as the best organic barley grass juice powder I have bought in the past. I co-owned an organic farm fruit and vegetable business for many years. I am so blessed to recognize the best, most vibrant food, grown in the best environments. This completely meets my highest standards. I was soo pleasantly surprised. Each time I eat it ( or drink it, I should say, I feel clarity and cleansing to my blood and brain, and energy to my whole body.

So nice and healty

I know it's healthy for you, which is why I got it. I used to take a similar product years ago and decided it was time to be healthier again and chose this one due to the price per ounce with the same ingredients as my old higher priced brand. It tastes just like the higher priced brand...disgusting...and has the ingredients and same type of nutrition levels. It is dried green grass. It tastes disgusting even when trying to disguise it juice, but it is supposedly very healthy and years ago made a big change in my hunger level, my stomach discomfort, and even my mood. While those things are improving since starting this new brand of Barley Green powder, it is still just a gross to drink in the morning! My suggestion is put it in as little water as possible to swallow quickly and then quickly swallow something with flavor to wash the blech taste out of your mouth like coffee, juice, or milk. It tastes awful and I have never found nor heard of a brand that tastes good as I don't think it is possible to make dried barley grass tasty, but the health benefits are surely there, so it is worth a minute of gross flavor to feel better!

Great product, however can't use because I am gluten-free and it's been said that there are still traces of gluten in this even though it states gluten-free. I did taste it and the flavor is great, and it was perfect for my smoothies.

I don’t know if I can ever live without this now! I purchased this just to be a healthy drink alternative. I actually like the taste and figured I needed some more greens in my life and it was something to sip on during the day besides plain water or diet soda. But WOW! I did not expect the ENERGY and good health that I immediately experienced!!! Not only does it pick me up but I feel like it helps me be productive and clear headed (I have ADHD) and my body feels cleaner and lighter! I am hooked for life now. I use about a generous half scoop in a bottle of water twice a day. I think it has a clean taste to it, like Smart Water. Highly recommend!!!

I've been attempting to address my autoimmune issues by changing my diet and adding organic healthy products. I had read about the many benefits of barley grass powder so I was very pleased to find Natural Elements Organic Organic Barley Grass Superfood Powder at a reasonable price. This powder is amazing and packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and several amino acids. It also contains chlorophyll which benefits health and immunity. I have been enjoying it mixed with cold water. I love that the powder dissolves well and doesn't have a terrible taste. If taste is a problem it can also be mixed with juice or added to a smoothie. I'm pleased to be able to easily drink this daily and know I am getting so many benefits in one glass! Another benefit is it supports fat burning during exercise! I will definately be purchasing this product again!

My friend went to Japan and brought back barley grass packets from their Costco. What a deal. Look at the difference. This brand appears to be missing some chlorophyll.
