Definitely worth the price. Full squat and bench capabilities. You can do leg lifts with the bench and cable curls and triceps push downs with the cable. I do cable flys while laying down on the floor. Wasn't too hard to put together. Design and quality are great. Sturdy. My ONLY complaint would be that the foam pieces came off once or twice but that could be my fault.

I originally felt like giving it less stars, not because of the product itself, but because of how LONG IT TOOK TO GET IT! First, waited 3 weeks or more, then they LOST IT somewhere and they had to refund it and I had to REORDER IT AGAIN (YES, AFTER WAITING THAT LONG FOR IT) I had to wait ANOTHER 3 PLUS WEEKS for it to actually show up this time, but they way it was delivered was awful! The box was so badly damaged, some of it was all sticking out. But the product itself is GREAT! It's super affordable, the price couldn't be better. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting for it to be as nice as is it, BECAUSE of how inexpensive it was! Especially compared to ANY other ones and brands, on Amazon & ALL other stores, online and in-store prices, this one is a whole lot cheaper than any other one out there, GUARENTEED! But because of that, I didn't get my hopes up; I was on a tight budget and I knew that, so I wasn't expecting it to be this nice and high quality. So that's why I decided not to give it less stars than it deserves, because I see that a lot lately, PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THIS: Good products are getting bad reviews, not based on the product itself, but instead, on THE PLACE THEY PURCHAED IT FROM, how long it took to arrive, the quality of the customer service,... Doing this effects the product, product company and their sales and sometimes reputation! It is CRUCIAL that people understand WHEN YOU LEAVE A CONMMENT/REVIEW UNDER A PRODUCT, PLEASE BE FAIR AND REVIEW/RATE/COMNMENT ON THE PRODUCT ITSELF NOT ANYTHING ELSE (AS STATED ABOVE)! So image you're having a tough week and some employees quit on you, you're behind on getting shipments out, because it's just you & one other assistant filling, packing and shipping orders from ALL AROUND THE WORLD or even just the country. That's A LOT of orders. But think, so that one tough week you were having, which set you back a whole week, so people are upset and get online (per usual) and leave a reviews, not on the product itself, but instead, on YOUR SLOW SERVICE! A handful of 1,2 or even 3 stars effects your WHOLE RATING AND BRAND REPUTATION! Now, since your product shows up everywhere as a 1 or 2 star product, sells start plummeting, business starts crumbling. And remember,... THAT PRODUCT IS YOUR BUSINESS. WITHOUT SELLING THAT ONE PRODUCT, THERE IS NO BUSINESS! That's what everyone is doing right now to A LOT OF COMPANIES. GOOD COMPANIES TOO, with QUALITY items they sell. I really like the product overall. It's very sturdy and offers a wide variety of exercise options. My biggest complaint is the assembly. The manual it came with offered only photos. I was able to find step by step instructions online and then I used the photos in the manual to find the pieces and line everything up correctly. Also, the nuts are nyloc nuts that require a wrench to tighten, which is not included in the packaging. I highly recommend using a socket wrench as it made the process much easier. Also, as someone else mentioned, the directions on the pulley system are not very clear. I think that part took me the longest to figure out. And depending on your height, you may need a small step ladder to put the top pieces together. I put this together by myself, but if you have another set of hands for the top of the cage, that would be helpful as well. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

First of all let me say I love this product. For the price you cannot beat it. Having said that I did have some issues. The shipping of the product was sketchy. The box when it got to me was open on one end, and I wasn't sure if everything was in the box still. Everything happened to be in there, but I was worried. Installation was a pain. There were no written instructions on what to do first, just a bunch of really confusing pictures. The bolts and plates for assembly came in card board slides where they were taped onto the card board and the titles that explained what they were, were hard to read and see. The scale in the instructions was not accurate for the bolts so if by chance they moved around good luck figuring it out. They also sent a plate for the rack that was too small and wouldn't fit. Once the assembly was done (which took hours) it turned out to be a really nice setup. I would recommend it higher if they would change just a few things on their assembly. Having said that, the company sent me the correctly size bracket which I easily installed. I highly recommend this product. I use it almost every day now and it is fantastic! The price is amazing for such a great product. I can do almost every exercise I was doing in the gym. I did get a bar, bar plates, and free weights to finish off the set, but this package is a vital part of my workout. I love it!

This machine was stupid easy to put together. The instructions might seem overwhelming if you have never done a build before but the pictures in the manual are so clear to see. All the parts make sense on where they need to go that you almost don't even need to look at the diagram. AND THE BEST PART, the hardware came in the absolute best packaging I've ever seen. I wish I took a picture but it made the process so easy I was smiling the whole time. Other than that, it took me about 4 hours?? I wasn't really keeping time though so give or take another 30 minutes. -Assembly is a 10/10 After it's complete it is somewhat sturdy. As you can imagine given that it's just held together by bolts and some slide-in-to-place slots it has some type of wiggle. However I don't think that matters at all. I've been doing 215 on squats and racking the bar pretty hard, the wiggles aren't affecting my sets at all. So just expect that after. -Sturdiness is a 9/10 Only about 4 of the pieces came with scratches on them, hardly noticble really, but they were. If you want absolute perfection, I think you always run that risk when asking for things to be shipped to you so I expected some type of scratching. It came with a ankle, single-hand, small bar, lat bar, and clips for the lat machine and clips for the leg extension/curl machine on the bench. Overall is a 10/10 I highly recommend you get weight plates and an bar first before you buy this. It's not fun just looking at it when it's ready to go. A 6 foot Olympic bar fits just fine on it. If you're a giant person the dimensions might make it tough to do bench press. I just scoot down a little and then I have clearance on both sides. I'm happy with this machine it's a perfect start and will be with me for the long haul.

Like others have said, the packaging could definitely use improvement. The box was broken at one end and the delivery men had to collect loose parts from inside the truck. They also couldn't deliver it to my room of choice because of the size and weight of the box, so I had to settle for the middle of the living room and then take each part down to the basement myself piece by piece. I really think this should be split into at least 2 boxes. It doesn't come with step by step assembly instructions for some unknown reason, but I was able to download them from their website. I put it together by myself yesterday and it took me all afternoon into the evening. But I'm a petite woman so it definitely would've been quicker with 2 people or with a taller, stronger person. The instructions were easy to follow for the most part, and luckily there were no missing or broken parts from the damaged box. I did get confused by the fact that the only 2 parts that are labeled as right or left are labeled backwards (when facing the rack, the tall support on the left is labeled as right, and vice versa). Also the instructions for attaching the pulleys weren't the best. The final product seems very strong and sturdy. I did have one bolt that won't tighten all the way, but it isn't affecting the function or stability at all. I'm going to try to find a replacement bolt at the hardware store anyway. I bought a 7 foot barbell as recommended by the company, but it seems longer than necessary. I will use it for a while and maybe buy a shorter one too eventually. Overall I think it was a great purchase and I'm happy with it. I noticed it costs 100 bucks more now than when I bought it, but it still seems like a good deal compared to other similar systems.

I bought this machine as it can be used to perform a wide range or workouts and the price point is also attractive. I like the machine but the I have a huge complaint about assembling instructions. The parts are not numbered and the manual does not instruct in which order the parts should be assembled. For example if you fix the pulleys first and then try to send the cables over them it won’t work. Rather you should put the cables over the pulleys and then mount the pulleys. I leaned it the hard way and there are many such instances.
