Microphone had paint chipped off it, when I took the clear film off it had marks like water marks all over it (see photo) and when I wired it in, it didn't work at all, changed fuse still didn't work also the bracket for mounting in the car was missing.... all in all really bad would never buy from here again. Got an immediate refund.

What a brilliant piece of kit. Superb features great design and really well made. Performance is outstanding

Great Radio, looks very good -and there issue No.1 lies: the protective foils on the brown metallic surfaces have "burnt" marks into the metallic surface. Not great. I have been able to polish a few, but there are a few very strong marks for which there is no solution. Because of this only 4 stars. The other issue is the Mike plug, a bit fiddly and delicate, not ideal. The last of my complaints is the non existent manual. Instead of stickers and a leaflet with half naked women on the cover a decent manual wouldn't be a luxury - since we are talking "FLAGSHIP-Radio" of Midland. You can download a full manual for free from the Internet.If you are used to working with computers or any other software controlled gadget, this radio is easy to use - as BASE-STATION! The way the software is built, you probably don't want to use it in a car and for sure not when driving, impossible!It is a great radio for the Shack and looks elegant, that's for sure!

Ciao a tutti io lho comprato e l'ho installato sul camion. Ora funziona ma prima di capire ho dovuto pacciuccare un po per farlo funzionare. Li manca nel libretto di comunicare che per cambiare da FM in AM devi passare in EU e per farlo devi spegnere il baracchino e riaccenderlo tenendo premuto sul pulsante delle funzioni e on/off simultaneamente poi von la manopola andare sul EU schiacciare la manopola per salvare l'opzione e da li puoi cercare AM per poter sentire e dire qualcosa. Io ho dovuto scaricare un altro manuale dal web e pacciuccare un paio di giorni prima di poterlo usare. In CE non senti altro che irritante fruscio ogni volta che qualcuno parla, a te non sente nessuno.

Schönes Gerät was gut funktioniert. Mit den 80 Kanälen ist man gut bedient.Die Modulation ist allerdings ein wenig schwach und muss ggf. nach justiert werden beim Fachmann.Leider fehlt dem Gerät SSB was mich dann schon ein wenig schmerzte. Daher kam dann 2 Wochen später die CRT 6900n ins Haus.Nun habe ich die Midland im Auto.
