ICD-SX750D Digital Flash Voice Recorder With Dragon Naturally Speaking Voice to Print Software (Black)

I bought this recorder for music practice, but I can't believe how much I use it for all kinds of things...seminars, music lessons, band practice, conversations with an aging parent, making notes when I don't have time to write them down. The sound quality is great. Uploading MP3s is extremely easy (very much like uploading photos on your camera). I had less expensive versions of the SONY recorder earlier. There is no comparison. Spend the extra and get this quality. I've been using it for several months now and I am still extremely happy with the product.It did take a fairly long time to arrive and I'm not sure why. But the product was definitely worth waiting for. It also came with some nice accessories (a little stand for when you are recording) and a sync device stand for when you upload to your computer, plus the software to edit on your computer and rechargeable batteries. The software allows you to split and divide recordings wherever you wish and organize the files.One thing I love is that when the batterues run low and you change them (2 AAA), you will NOT lose the data on the recorder. With some other brands you will and that was just unacceptable to me.

A great recording device which meets my many needs including the voice transcription to Dragon Naturally Speaking. Only reservation is that it took a long time to figure out how to use it. A break-though came when I watched some YouTube tutorials.

I love this recorder. I use it in my work, and the voice quality is excellent. I don't use the Dragon because apparently I speak too fast, and it doesn't do an adequate job of understanding me. But, the recorder, itself, is great. I had purchased this same model years ago, and still use it...because it still works well! I bought this to replace my old one, just in case it goes out. It is a safety net for me.So, I can honestly say that this recorder is excellent, clear, easy to operate, and lasting!

When you playback any voice or sound, the space between voice, it keeps hissing.recorded voice is clear but, too much hissing. sounds like "SHEEEEEE".so, it is harsh to the ear.sony technical support advised me to set voice mode to low and stereo XQ mode.so,I set the mode to voice low and Stereo XQ mode, voice is clear,and not hissing noise,but, voice is too low.so, I tried the mode to voice high, and it was louder and clear but, too much hissingin the space between voice.I had the other sony recorder ICD PX820, that was much better quality sound than this.but, these 2models( ICD-SX750,ICD-PX820 )I do not recommend SONY voice recorder for recording secretly.SONY ICDPX 820 recorder play button is projected(protruded),so the playback button can be pushed unconsciously when you put it in to the pocket or something.if you want to use for concealment recording, I would recommend OLYMPUS VN-8100PC or any VN series.if you want to use for publicly open for recording, I recommend sony icd-px820.and also, dragon naturally speaking software doesn't recognized recorded files well.if you want to buy dragon naturally speaking software, get the new version 11 separately.

Sony ICD-SX750D 2 GB Flash Memory Digital Voice Recorder (Black)Excellent buy as expected for what I want to use it for. Superb voice/music recording. Low battery consumption enabling long recording. Lot of space for sound, music or photos. Excellent voice recording input/output. The price is right for all the options included in this light machine. Very easy functionality. All together I highly recommend this unit for students or any other purposes.

Great product with many features along with the fact you get Dragon natural speaking with it makes it a real bargain for the money.

This product is the best recorder I've found. It has style and very functional. Also doesn't require much effort to use and secure.
