Great hot sauce for Zataran's substitute.
This is a great substitute for Zataran's hot sauce. I was sad that Zatarans discontinued production of their hot sauce. The taste is garlic forward and delicious.

My wife’s favorite hot sauce. While it certainly is a hot sauce it is not so hot as to overwhelm other flavors. Great with food.

Really is New Orleans' favorite
If you go to New Orleans, this is the hot sauce you'll find on nearly every table. It is not as hot as others and is more flavorful--perfect really to give some zip to your gumbo, jambalaya or whatever.

Ottima. Per chi non vuole buttare soldi nella nota salsa dalla caratteristica micro boccetta a collo lungo. Sapore identico, tutte due fatte in Louisiana, stessa piccantezza (media), stessa base acetosa.... solo che questa costa un decimo! La ricomprerò.
