A miracle!
This stuff really works! I was very skeptical at first but after using it now for a week I can say it works like magic! I have thinning in my crown and one on side of my frontal hair line and extending into a little bit of the middle, a couple of shakes of this stuff and bam the visible appearance of my thinning was none existing! My hair looked fuller than ever, and it definitely gave me the confidence boost that I’ve been lacking ever since my hair began to thin somewhat about 3 years ago. For the first time in a while I actually felt good about myself and didn’t hate looking in the mirror. This stuff lasts long too! I didn’t need to reapply it the next morning at all, not until I washed my hair maybe 2-3 days after using, unless you’re a daily hair washer which I am not, I don’t need to be I have 3B natural curly hair this product will last a while! Which is a good thing because it was kind of pricey, however how it has made me feel about myself and my appearance is well worth the money to me. And it’s much cheaper and zero pain compared to some of the more permanent options out there. My only issue with the product is you have to use it on dry hair, and as I said I have 3B curly hair I can’t really go a day without some type of light product especially in the morning after waking up. So I usually will do my hair and add product when I get dressed for the day then wait an hour or so after and apply this, however if you are tight on time that’s not really feasible, and trust me you do want to apply it to dry hair or risk your hands being covered in black speckles if you apply it to wet or damp hair. The product says style as usual after applying and not sure exactly how one does that unless they mean add hairspray or maybe a paste or puddy something on the dryer and thicker side but I don’t use those products as they would weigh down my hair instantly .

An amazing product!!!
I am a skeptical person....so before ordering this I did a lot of research. The claims they made seemed legitimate so I decided that it couldnt hurt to buy it once and try it. I am in my mid-20s and have started to see some thin areas in the front of my hair line, sort of above my temples. It started on one side in my early 20s, then on both as time went on. You could only really notice if my hair was short. I am an actor, so when I decided to start doing films after being mostly a theater actor for so many years, I grew out my hair and used to slick it up...sort of like a modern James Dean pompadour in the front. The rest of my head is fairly thick but very thin in the front. I didn't notice how thin until I saw myself in one of the rough cuts of my first short film. I was so embarrassed. Luckily the film was never completed or released. I decided that before I do another film, I should find a product to help. Since I wasn't thinning at a rapid rate, I figured a "hiding" solution could help for the meantime. I came across Toppik and (after research) ordered a bottle. I tried it out and instantly saw how it was covering my thinning areas. After two uses, I ordered the spray applicator. This was crucial!! If you want to have more control over where you apply, make a bottle last much longer, and avoid spilling it all over the place, buy the spray applicator. A bottle can last me months!! I'm serious. So I style my hair with some Axe paste, push up the front, and then spray Toppik to the thin areas in the front of my head and instantly my scalp is no longer visible through my hair! You also can't even tell that I'm using any type of product. I would advice getting a shade darker than your natural hair as it tends to look lighter than you think. I've been using Toppik for over a year and have only ordered my second bottle. It holds all day long, unless you get your hair submerged in water. It will run on your fingers if you touch the areas immediately after applying it but it will not come off on your hands later in the day... if a female happens to run her hands through your hair, dont worry fellas. Even if you go to sleep and wake the next day, it's still there! Only after you shower or wash your hair will it come out. It will rinse off easily with water too. It doesnt make your hair look or feel nasty. If you apply a lot and look really closely, you can see the little fibers attached to your hair fibers but only if you really look for it. I've never told anyone I know that I use a product and no one has ever commented on it, such as "what's in your hair?" In fact, I've been told "you have great hair." I simply smile and say "Thank you!" This product has truly made a huge impact on me. My hair looks great on camera...it looks thick and full. I've recently decided to try a monodoxil regime in order to reverse or slow-down the thinning process. Luckily for me it is thinning slow but I imagine but my mid-30s I may have more apparent baldness. I have leading man looks and can't afford to be balding. Take it from me, buy this product! It works wonders. Buy the spray applicator too. I am a customer for life or at least until my thinning worsens.

Not bad, Toppik, but let's be clear about a few things....
So, if you're bothering to read reviews about anything like this in your ongoing battle with baldness, then let me be clear, right up front - the hair loss is winning the war. To terribly misquote Jim Morrison, "No hair gets out of here alive".... So, you're hoping against all odds that some miracle product will be a cheap, effective, undetectable cure-all in your fight against genetics or disease...well, the good news is THIS PRODUCT KIND OF WORKS. Let me be as transparent as the fine little hairs you're hoping will grow on your head - if you have some hair, but it's thinning pretty bad, this stuff will make it look fuller and hide some of the dreaded scalp showing through - however, if you plan on people getting really close to it, you can see the toppik on your scalp (at least, the dark colors show up if you're Caucasian or light skinned) - but this should work well for a job interview, a date in a restaurant, an acting/theatre gig, maybe even a family gathering - but if you plan on getting lucky and he/she not noticing the smudges on the pillow in the morning, you are out of luck....If battling hair loss is what you're up against, then Toppik is, metaphorically, another tool in the tool box. Use it with along with everything else - but use it in moderation. Too much and you're a powdered, bald donut. Finally, don't blindly listen to the claims by some of these Amazon reviewers saying it's "amazing" and "no one noticed" - because, if anyone looked close enough, they probably could tell you've got cornstarch type colored powder layering your nearly hairless scalp. On the other hand, don't listen to all these complainers saying it doesn't work at all or that it's garbage - they're just angry, balding trolls with sweaty scalps who were just hoping to find a dirt cheap solution to a problem that has plagued men and women forever. If you have little or no hair, this product really won't work - but if you're in the middle of your hair-less fight, you'll have some pretty good luck with this. I hope this review helps - as I'm someone who's done Bosley, Propecia, Rogaine, Toppik, Tocotrienols and have had some luck with all of them. If, after my long winded review you're still unsure (and you should be) then buy the tiny cheap bottle of Toppik (it will set you back around $10 with shipping) - it's a small price to pay to see if a product works for you. Thanks, and God bless you, tiny little hairs, God bless you, every one.

This product WORKS!!!
Before I give my review, I need to give you all some context. I'm 29 Years old and been balding since I was 23. My hair only grows on the sides and back of my head but the top won't grow at all. I've considered Hair Restoration like Bosley and Hair club, each absolutely ridiculous in pricing. I heard of Toppik for about 2 years now but never given it a try. Until now. I want to add that this is definitely best used with the applicator, just pouring it on your head; you won't get it evened out and it'll most likely waste some of the product. 2.) Combine this with a really solid hair spray to keep the fibers in place. They don't stick well by themselves. I'm serious. You sneeze and a black dust cloud will form and BAM! No more hair. I found it worked best by applying the fibers in portions, hair spray it, let it dry, and then apply more fibers and repeat until you get your desired look. If you keep applying it, the applicator will eventually just start blowing off the fiber you already placed. Be patient with it, once you got the rhythm down to apply it, you're golden. I'm not sure how this will do on longer hairstyles but I personally went with something more realistic and kept it short, at about a 2 or 3 on top. Used my clippers to fade out my sides and the magic came about. I have hair now. This product seriously helped me out with my balding. And I mean I was straight bald on top, with the whole horseshoe thing going on. Hated it. Couldn't get used to the full bald head thing either. Now matter how many times I've tried over the years. I even purchased myself a 2nd, bigger bottle to have as a back up. To my surprise; despite how much I thought I used with the applicator, wasting some product trying to get the right way in applying it without the applicator blowing off my hard work, but I only used about 15% of the bottle. Now that I know how to put it on, I'd imagine I'd use alot less of the fibers than I did on my first use. Overall; this product is a great alternative if you don't want to spent thousands on hair restoration surgery. You'll get a nice, clean, full head of hair that looks real too. Trust in the process.

"Better than what I have now"
I ordered my first can of Toppick Hair Building Fibers based on the mostly good reviews by other users. I agree that this is a good product. It's not great, it doesn't make me suddenly look like I have lots of hair, but I must say that it is better than the hair I "naturally" have now. Apparently due to aging, my once very thick hair has thinned drasically in the past ten years, and I have tried many, many products in an effort to either regrow hair, or to give the illusion of more hair. Toppick is applied after shampooing, drying and styling, and on top of any other hair thickening products. It is a fine powder that is manually shaken from the can. Toppick is sold in several different color shades and "Light Brown" is the first shade that I tried, as I have light brown hair with blond highlights, neither of which are my natural shade. After the first few shakes, I discovered that there were more hair building fibers all over my shoulders, shirt and the bathroom than on my head. I invested in the applicator made to fit over the top of the can and I urge anyone who is interested in trying Toppick, to do the same. The nozzle-tip applicator makes it much easier and neater to apply this product. The major plusses of Toppick are that it hides my shiny pink scalp and I find that the fibers do give the illusion of more hair. The minuses include: 1. I need to use a lot of Toppick to achieve the desired results, making this product more expensive than I thought it would be; 2. I need to use a special "spray" to get the fibers to stick in place, adding another expense; 3. Any time I comb or "fix" my hair during the day, the Toppick fibers come out, so I need to reapply which is not easily accomplished when not at home; and 4. the powder texture dulls the look of my hair. Since the minuses are greater than the plusses, for me, I gave the Toppick Hair Building Fibers, Light Brown, only 3 stars. Will I continue to use this product? Absolutely - I haven't found anything else that hides my "naked" scalp and gives even a slight illusion of more hair as well as as the Toppick Fibers. Will I continue to use Rogaine as well as other thickening and volume building products? Absolutely - at least until a magic potion is developed to successfully regrow hair, or my vanity weakens. If you are a mature woman and your crowning glory has been reduced to just a few strands, I would highly recommend that you give Toppick a try, just don't make your expecttions too high.

The Solution for Thinning Hair?
I have to say, I was extremely skeptical when I first heard about Toppik Hair Building Fibers. I mean, the name alone sounds like something straight out of a science fiction movie. But as someone who has been dealing with thinning hair for years, I was willing to give it a shot. And let me tell you, I'm so glad I did! First of all, the application process couldn't be easier. All you have to do is shake the bottle onto your thinning areas, and voila! Instantly thicker and fuller-looking hair. I was honestly amazed at how well it blended in with my natural hair color (I went with the white shade). And the best part? It stayed put all day, even through sweat and humidity. Now, I have to admit, I was a little worried about what would happen if it rained. I mean, would I end up looking like a Dalmatian with white spots all over my head? But I put it to the test during a recent downpour, and I'm happy to report that my hair stayed looking great. No embarrassing white streaks in sight! And let's talk about the humor factor here. I mean, I can't tell you how many times I've caught someone staring at my head, trying to figure out if I'm balding or just have a weird hairline. But with Toppik, I'm pretty sure people are just looking at me because they're jealous of my luscious locks! Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but it does feel pretty great to have a full head of hair again. Overall, I'd give Toppik Hair Building Fibers four out of five stars. It's not a miracle cure for baldness, but it definitely does the trick in making thinning hair look fuller and more voluminous. And hey, if nothing else, it's a great conversation starter. Just be prepared to explain what "hair fibers" are to all your curious friends! Toppik Hair Building Fibers are a popular solution for thinning hair and hair loss. Here are some dos and don'ts to consider when using Toppik Hair Building Fibers: Dos: 1. Do apply Toppik Hair Building Fibers to clean, dry hair. Use a dry towel to remove any excess oil or moisture from your hair before applying the fibers. 2. Do use the Toppik Hairline Optimizer tool to achieve a natural-looking hairline. This tool helps to distribute the fibers evenly and avoid clumping. 3. Do shake the Toppik Hair Building Fibers onto your hair gently and evenly. Start at the back of your head and work your way forward. Use a light touch to avoid clumping. 4. Do use the Toppik FiberHold Spray to help lock in the fibers and create a longer-lasting hold. Spray the FiberHold Spray over the fibers and wait for it to dry before touching your hair. 5. Do use a hairbrush or comb to style your hair after applying Toppik Hair Building Fibers. This will help to distribute the fibers and create a natural-looking style. Don'ts: 1. Don't apply Toppik Hair Building Fibers to wet or damp hair. This can cause the fibers to clump together and create an unnatural appearance. 2. Don't use too much Toppik Hair Building Fibers at once. A little goes a long way, and using too much can create a heavy or unnatural look. 3. Don't touch your hair too much after applying Toppik Hair Building Fibers. This can cause the fibers to come loose or clump together, creating an unnatural appearance. 4. Don't apply Toppik Hair Building Fibers to bald spots or areas with no hair. These fibers are designed to attach to existing hair, and applying them to bald spots can create an uneven or unnatural appearance. 5. Don't apply Toppik Hair Building Fibers to areas of your scalp that are irritated or have open wounds. This can cause further irritation and potentially make the problem worse.
