Skymarks Air Force One VC-137 (707) Reg#27000 Airplane Model Building Kit, 1/150-Scale

My 7 son loves planes. He can name every domestic US and Canadian and some international planes by site. We take him to the airport every Saturday. As luck would have it. Air Force One was at the airport. He recognized it immediately and went bananas. IT was a no brainer to add this plane to his collection. It is a great size around 10-12 inches long and semi- sturdy. Really easy to put together. He did by himself. It comes with a stand.

My son loves this plane! It is bigger than it looks and makes a nice shelf piece.

Pretty slick, well-built and quality product. Easy to assemble and looks nice, it's sitting on my coffee table and that added just a bit of elegance to our sitting room.

I worked on VC-137C 62-6000 Back in the 80's when I was in Presidential Maintenance and I never picked up a display model of the aircraft to put next to my KC-135A that I bought from the Philippines back in the 70's. Now that I wanted to display another aircraft that I worked on, the price for a wooden model is over $100.00. This snap to together model is first quality and since it will be on display, it will do exactly what I wanted it for. I put it together in about 5 minutes, or less.Here's a picture of me and the rest of the Presidential Maintenance Crew from the late 1980's under Reagan.

I already own the skymarks AF1 747-200 1:250, so I just had to buy this one too, This is a great model of a 707, it's nice to have older Jets, it will look good next to my SM Pan Am 707, as they are from around the same time, Fast Shipping.

As an avid lover of aviation and a follower of political history I could not be more happy with the accuracy and quality of this plane.

I flew this aircraft during my time in the Air Force and it is an excellent reproduction of that aircraft.
