This bread comes from Carlow and I come from Kildare...7 miles away from where I am from in Ireland... but I ordered this bread to try it out...and I was not disappointed.The picture on the front of the packet is a true likeness of how your delicious bread will turn out.Lovely aroma, very thick crumb and delicious with butter or a salmon mousse...follow the recipe..this bread is a talking point and is a traditional brown bread with no frills...just hearty and good for you.Enjoy...Liz
