I decided to give these a try and to be honest I was not expecting a lot at the price, maybe poor print quality or a chip problem but what the heck at £38.02 that's £9.50 each with next-day delivery surely there had to be a catch. But then, nothing ventured nothing gained.The cartridges arrived each in a cardboard box with foam end-caps enclosed in a yellow plastic bag. Good packaging.The cartridges came with an orange protector cover and a plastic rip tag to pull before installing into my Pro 400 M451 NW Printer. All standard compatible cartridge items. One thing, they have been re-filled as you can clearly see the plastic plug on the back of each cartridge, but thats fine as I knew at this price they could not be brand new..After installation the printer went through its usual setup routine with the new cartridges and then I did some test prints.The print quality was every bit as good on standard black text prints on plain paper and coloured text was also very good with no discernible difference than from the HP originals. Photo prints on a A5 glossy 250gsm paper did show slightly less resolution when compared with the HP originals and looked slightly smudged & less distinct but still good enough to pass as a quality print.There where no toner leaks or unusual noises with these cartridges as iv'e had with some so good news here and this is testament to good Q.C.In conclusion at this price these cartridges are a bargain and with good print quality and no install problems I'm very happy and pleasantly surprised with my purchase.

I bought this product after reading other reviews. Unfortunately the black ink cartridge was defective. I replaced my old cartridge which wasn’t completely empty and the printer worked fine. I wanted to just replace the black cartridge but as I had bought them as a set, I had to return all 4 cartridges.A lot of wasted time and effort.

Work just like the OEM products.
