925 Sterling Silver Lifeline Pulse Pendant Heartbeat Necklace

Pendant and necklace were a gift and are truly beautiful. My sister - med student - was delighted and told me it was the best gift ever. I thought it would be slightly bigger than it was, but it still looks very nice.I bought 16" long necklace and would recommend a bit longer (maybe 18").The only thing I was disappointed with - shipping costs! I paid $25 for necklace and 17$ for shipping (I live in Poland). Because of this, I'm afraid it was my first and last purchase on amazon :-(

I really wish it were a tad bigger BUT I still get tons of compliments. I have very sensitive skin and it does not bother me at all.

it came a little tangled in its box, but it was easy enough to untangle. it came in a plastic zippy bag, inside a jewelry box, inside a bigger zippy bag, so it definitely felt protected and secure. i was excited to receive it a day early. it looks just like the picture. i'm very excited to wear it. it's simple and lovely, the kind of necklace i can wear on a daily basis.

No tangles

I bought this for myself, after surviving hospitalization for a rare heart condition. For me, it symbolizes literal heartbeats. For someone else, it might be metaphorical. But it's pretty and meaningful, and seems to be nickel-free, so I'm very happy with it.
