Fantastic product! I use a funnel to pour it down the water tube inside the toilet tank. One of the best products to use where hard water is a problem.

I was thinking about calling a plumber because my toilets were slow flushing not like they were when new. I purchased this toilet cleaner on Amazon and it is unbelievable great. I put it in the first toilet and it flushed like new. I decided to pour another bottle in the hall bathroom commode and a big chunk of water residue fell out of the toilet drain line into the toilet bowl. I couldn't believe it was in there. In any case extremely satisfied. I'm just a normal home owner. Very Very Highly recommend this product. Houston, TX.

A bit difficult to quickly pour into the overflow tube as suggested in the video, since I had to use a small funnel with a straw attached. Used 2 bottles on Friday and let it sit for hours before flushing. All seemed well until Monday when I again experienced flushing issues. Poured another bottle into the overflow tube and it pretty quickly ran into the bowl, although there were several plugged discharge holes. Used a small allen wrench to work on them, and let it sit for the better part of the day. So far it's still flushing ok. We'll see how long this improvement lasts. At least I have 9 more bottles from my order to work with!

I’ve used this product before and it worked well. The reason for 1 star is: The package was lost in transit and the seller isn’t doing anything to help. IF I buy again it will be from another seller, if there isn’t another seller, then I’ll find an alternative!

I saw this product on a YouTube video and it looked too good to be true. We have had a toilet, only 15 years old, that just would not completely flush about 85% of the time. The water would just swirl and swirl and then nothing. My plumber, who is great, didn't know what to do about it. The video I watched mentioned that this problem usually happens on much older toilets after 30-40 years of use. We have high mineral content in our water so I thought maybe I'd try this stuff. I followed the directions and our toilet has worked properly ever since. I am very happy with the results. The only negative to what I purchased was that I had to get a case of 12 bottles. I will probably use them up in the coming years, and lend some to my interested neighbors who have the same problem.

Bought a case months ago that was blue and strong quality - was A=... But now, I bout this and it's clear not very strong smell like a cheesy deodorant and not at all sure it it is real or a fake from china... ya know.... jeezzzzzz WTF...!..?

I had a real heavy build up of mineral deposit in my toilet just about completely blocking the hole in bottom of toilet where water comes out to push waste down and out. plumber told me need a new toilet. first time I used 2 bottles in bowl after removing all water first. ( used full strength ) let sit for 1 hour, still had to scrape. opened hole a little, some water now came out when flushing. second treatment 2 bottles full strength set for 3 1/2 hours, mineral deposits were now able to be broken up, I still had to scrape and poke, but it was a real heavy build up. I tried other products did not perform as good as this stuff did. now flushes like new. would buy again. also product came super fast.

When My package arrived three of the bottles leaked out. The acid cleaner was all over the outside of box. I had to open box outside and use gloves because it was and had acid stuff that could burn my skin. I was very DISAPPOINTED. I SEEN THE BOXARRIVE AT THAT TIME I WAS HOME AND COULD NOT BELEIVE THEY STILL DELIVERED THE BOX AS WET AS IT WAS.VERY UNSAFE.
