I had originally purchased another brand and the trucks reception became much worse. This short rubber brand has worked better than the factory installed original loner antenna. My wife is so pleased with it, she can listen to radio stations load and clear! Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

This antenna was super easy to install on my ‘13 4Runner. Antenna looks great and feels well built and so far it works great. I previously had a shorter stubby antenna and the reception was very hit or miss; now I pick up channels very clear that I was not able too before.

bought this short runner antenna for my 4Runner and couldn’t be happier with it. Installation took less than a minute—just unscrew the stock antenna and screw this one on. The fit is absolutely perfect with no wobble or gaps. It gives the truck a much cleaner, more modern look compared to the factory antenna, and it feels solid and well-made. Reception has been just as good as stock for my normal driving, and I love not worrying about the antenna hitting car washes or branches anymore. If you’re looking for a simple, inexpensive upgrade that improves both appearance and practicality, this antenna is a great buy. Highly recommend! Not sure about durability yet.

I replaced the factory antenna on my 4Runner with this antenna. It fits perfectly, looks good and the car wash doesn’t try and rip it off. The reception on the other hand is lacking compared to the factory antenna. I live in a more rural area and have noticed about a 5-10 mile drop in reception depending on the radio station. Sound quality is good but the static starts earlier than it used. Again that is from the lack of reception.

Besides the more modern streamlined look, I also wanted this antennae to survive the automated car washes I use since I used to have to take the OEM antennae off every time. So far so good!

The antenna is an antenna and will make your radio work. However, customer service is terrible. After my first car wash. The antenna spun off from the threads they provide. (Attached is the picture of all what was left.) I reached out to customer service and they are horrible. They try and blame the installation as for why it came off. They said i PROBABLY should have used loctite. How would i have known!!! They should have PROBABLY installed that from the manufacturer. Customer service is terrible. They will blame you instead. I recommend using a different company.

My factory antenna broke off way down in the base at the car wash. I did not want to pay Toyota to put in a new one so I bought this one from Amazon and it works great. I had to MacGyver the old one out since the screw was left. But once it was out, this one went in very smoothly. Reception seems great so far.

Perfect fit for my 2013 4Runner. Now I don't need to remove antenna every time I go to the car wash. Pleased with the purchase.
