Absolutely pathetic product, misleading pictures and description to fool customers. This is NOT for plantar fasciitis, just for cracked heels. Stop fooling customers. Moreover just snapped on wearing. There is no return or replacement. Not worth 10 rs.

It's not a heel support for plantar fasciitis. Just a layer to protect heel from cracks. Also they just sent only one pair. Misguiding

0 ⭐ ratings Extremely disappointing product. The Ballotte’s heel protectors completely failed to serve their intended purpose. Despite claiming to offer compression, cushioning, and pain relief, the silicone pads are shockingly flimsy and poorly made. Mine tore within a single day of very light use, which clearly shows how low the quality is. There is absolutely no durability, no real protection, and no comfort as promised. This product is grossly overpriced for what it delivers and is a total waste of money. The claims are highly misleading, and the actual performance doesn’t come anywhere close to expectations. Not recommended at all—save your money and look elsewhere.

Poor quality product..not for planter fasciitis

A thin silicon sheet. Waste of money. Not at all useful. Dont cheat customers with fasle images. To eliminate crack.

Did not even last one wear. Tore off. No return either.

Becomes loose within 2days. Makes it inconvenient and useless. Should have been aa per size. Costly and of not that much that good quality. Anyways loose fit makes it unusable and uncomfortable.

How I’ve lived 51 year and didn’t know about the magic of these things I’ll never now. I have super problematic feet and am unable to wear most shoes without a bunch of pain. I buy, bleed and return over and over. All my current shoes have collapsible backs. Then along came some doc martens I just had to have. I assumed it would be a massive fail, but I wanted to try. The shoes arrived and I tried my usual tricks to no avail. I prefer some heel pads and that helped enough to keep searching. Saw these come up but they seemed kinda odd and I couldn’t imagine they would help-but I really love my shoes. Finally tried them today and holy crap! I can hardly feel the shoes touch my heels, I walked all over in my docs and nary a sore moment. Didn’t think about my feet for a second and there is zero pressure or pain. Legit magic. I’m a total convert and wish I had found these years ago and been able to keep all the other shoes I returned or gave away!

I would have liked a thicker sole for my heel spur.

Fabulous for breaking in new shoes and/or covering blisters from said new shoes that you received prior to having them. ;) 4 of 5 only due to the slippage of these suckers when worn with lower rise socks. (Photo of how they show above the low rise socks, but they quickly fall)

I bought these in small cup and medium cup. To confirm I am a US 10 mens with low volume feet, flat feet, and thin ankles, The small did not have coverage of the heel and Achilles. I bought these because after the nightmare of trying to break in 2 pairs of doc martens 1460 I decided to give these a go. I am now breaking in 1906 and 8833 red wings which are worse than docs marten 1460 So far I have been double socking the red wings and still getting a blister on heel after 1 mile. I just did 2 miles walk with these cups on and 1 pair of thick socks. I cannot even feel the heel of the boot rub! They do push your foot forward a few Mm, Hopefully I just need to wear these silicone things during break in because after wearing for 45 mins they do become sweaty and start squishing about. But so far better than dealing with blisters Edit: I have now started putting a thin sock on my foot, followed by these cups, followed by another thin / thick sock. Cannot feel anything, and I will do this until I've done 5 to 10 miles in New boots and see if I still get blisters
